Your Day -to-Day Responsibilities • Manage agricultural, residential and commercial tenancies. • Conduct property inspections across the estate. • Negotiate rent reviews and lease renewals. • Handle landlord and tenant matters. • Coordinate repairs, maintenance and compliance matters. • Foster strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
Professional Rural Surveying Work •
Undertake rental and capital valuations.

Manage telecoms agreements and wayleave negotiations.
•
Advise on easements and compensation matters.
•
Support compulsory purchase claims.
•
Assess business diversification opportunities.
•
Work closely with specialist consultants and advisers
• Support renewable energy initiatives. • Help deliver environmental land management projects.
Shaping the Future of the Estate
• Contribute to natural capital opportunities. • Assist with planning and development schemes. • Explore revenue -generating diversification projects. • Support the estate's long -term sustainability strategy.
The Person We Are Looking For • MRICS qualified in Rural Practice.
• Ideally 3+ years' post -qualified experience. • CAAV Fellow or working towards Fellowship. • Strong rural, farming or estate background. • Commercially minded and solutions focused. • Excellent communicator with strong relationship -building skills.
Reward, Development & Next Steps Salary between £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience. £5,400 car allowance. Accommodation or housing support available. Healthcare plan and additional benefits.
