WHAT WE DO •
Deliver planning advice from project inception through to approval.

Support agricultural development and farm diversification schemes.
•
Advise on commercial and industrial developments.
•
Assist with residential planning and conversion projects.
•
Provide expertise in renewable energy developments.
• Work on a varied range of planning projects rather than a specialist niche. • Enjoy direct client contact and responsibility from day one.
THE OPPORTUNITY

YOUR ROLE AS TOWN PLANNER •
Prepare and submit planning applications.
•
Manage listed building consent applications.
•
Attend pre -application meetings with local authorities.
•
Carry out site visits across the region.
•
Represent clients throughout the planning process
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide planning advice to a varied client base. • Develop and maintain strong client relationships. • Liaise with planning officers and regulatory bodies. • Coordinate with external consultants and project teams. • Help drive successful outcomes for development projects
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR •
Planning degree or RTPI -accredited qualification.
•
MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership.
•
Minimum three years' planning experience.
•
Strong communication and report -writing skills.
•
A proactive and client -focused approach.
• Interest in rural and agricultural planning.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
• Exposure to agricultural development projects. • Understanding of farm diversification opportunities. • Experience working on rural estate developments. • Knowledge of renewable energy projects would be advantageous.
