Property & Development Manager - MDL Marinas

MDL is the UK's leading Marina Operator. Its property business, MDL Estates, manages a multi asset class portfolio with around 500 commercial tenants across 19 locations located in South Coast, South West, the Thames and East Coast.

MDL employ’s 150 staff and their HQ is based at Ocean Village, Southampton.

The wider MDL team includes experienced and professionally qualified specialists in all facets of marina development and marina operations. During the course of 45 years’ operating in the marina sector the team have developed a complete in-house management and development resource that is not only self-sufficient but broad in its experience and knowledge. The MDL Property department

encompasses two functions, an Estate Management team responsible for management of the property lettings portfolio and a Technical Services Team which manages the Property and Marina infrastructure assets.
