The 64-floors mix-use development houses commercial, hotel, residential and a 360 viewing floor overlooking Cebu’s skyline. In line with the concept: “vertical communities”, the project aims to bring a sense of community in a vertical setting.

In line with the commemoration of this era, we celebrate triumph. The triumph of each person who upheld their beleif and faith despite the war and hardship. Thus, the concept “victory of christianity�. As a representation of victory and royalty, crown was used as a symbolism. This religious complex reflects the shape, silhouette of the head piece. Likewisw it exhibit grandeur in the materials used like marble, granite, etc.

economical housing development

A 4-storey housing design in Lower Bicutan, Taguig with 168 units and a 66% saleable area. The development provides community facilities like a neighborhood mulitpurpose center, a space for livelihood for its residence, and other landscaped open spaces.

A minimalist home at a beach front with a good view of the sunset. While in the morning, sunrise can be watched on the opposite end of the house. It is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy the warmth of the sun and breeze from the sea.

The project calls for a vertical sports complex that would evoke a strong and seamless connection between learning, training, health and fitness for the people of Nuvali. This multi-storey sports complex caters up to 10 different sports.
