About 140 sqm in area, this loft apartment overlooks the night's bustling city skyline while enjoying the morning rays during sunrise. The cold cement finished wall contrasted by
wooden
baseboard
paints the whole house to showcase the raw beatuy of each material, while bringing touches of color to liven up the space.
A brighter approach to dining as the sunlight come in the large windows that continue through the skylights — which may be one of the key features of the apartment, giving both the lower and upper floors adequate daylight and view.

The home office presents a space to work in that also serves as a nook to relax while reading a book or watching TV. Located in a rather hidden area behind the stairs, it may provide less distraction — a place to hide away breaking from the too open spaces around the house.

The university specializing in the arts and technological field copes with today’s innovations and most especially problems on designing an educational facility while building it in a highly urbanized community without sacrificing open public spaces leads the way to vertical schools that provide multistorey educational facilities in dense cities.
from a simple form, more rectangular blocks were added to the massing; then the incorporation of atrium all throughout levels will make inside of the building less suffocating. cutouts and protrusion were done to play some more with the form; and finally incorporating green roofing to provide

and a 360 viewing floor overlooking Cebu’s skyline. In line with the concept: “vertical communities”, the project aims to bring a sense of community in a vertical setting.
Each unit is adorned with double glazed full-length windows to provide adequate daylighting. Overlooking the beauty of Cebu's growing skyline and mountainous background. Designed with natural materials, the unit gives each owner the feel of home even feets above ground.

An enviable neighborhood at the heart of Mandaue City will house a unique aspirational environment that will be an asset for the whole community. The 2.4-hectare development will be dominated mostly by open and green spaces flanked by retail residential towers atop retail spaces. The towers feature a staggering mass that creates a multi-level amenity over the podium, By doing this, it eliminates the impression of creating a massive wall, but rather sillhouettes the beautiful scenery of the mountains of Cebu.

The cinema of a well known mall chain in Sucat, Muntinlupa has adopted an industrial design peg for its renovation incorporating wood and exposed cement finishes, corugated metal sheets, and a red bricked accent wall. Changes were done from the snack and ticket booths, cinema lobby, up to the cinema proper and its projection rooms above.
The cinema lobby showcased a magnitude of cement-like finish with a splash of yellow to break the monotomy that accentuated the mall's brand color.
