Workplace

Workplace strategy is about exploring what will make an organization successful in their workplace. BDP brings depth to these explorations through observation, testing and collaboration as part of an integrated delivery team.

Adaptive reuse in workplace design involves transforming existing structures into functional and modern work environments. It embraces sustainability by repurposing buildings, reducing waste, and preserving architectural heritage. This approach enhances productivity, creativity, and employee satisfaction while fostering a sense of connection to the past within a contemporary workspace.

BDP’s interior design practice has 50 years creating innovative workplace interiors.
