BDI recommendations for action No need for regulation on industry platforms The legislative framework is well organized for digitalization. Whether there is any need for adjustments in a few areas must be carefully examined and discussed.
Take differences between B2C and B2B platforms into account The applicable conditions in B2B differ from those in B2C, where there is a greater asymmetry of information between platform providers and users.
No regulation of non-personal data The right to access and use of non-personal data, such as industry and machine data, do not need to be regulated. Contractual solutions are currently adequate.
