East

Houston remain the only unbeaten XV in the league after a come-frombehind victory over in-state rival, Dallas Jackals, on the weekend. Seattle and San Diego kept pace with the leaders in the West, one happy ending adrift the ‘Cats. Dallas is yet in fourth on the chart while LA and Utah, each with a match in hand, form the rear guard.

In the East, last year’s champs, New England Free Jacks and NOLA Gold, both idle on the weekend, are locked atop the conference on 15 points apiece. Old Glory, Chicago and Miami vie for third place while Anthem still seek their initial joy of 2024.

11 the Miami Sharks lead, 16-5, squandered as San Diego Legion returned for 17 in the last half against a lone unconverted try for homeboys and 22 – 21 that outcome as visitors maintained pace with Seattle and Houston; 16 counted by Miami 15, Felipe Etcheverry, on a 1-3-1 triple play in the loss;
