RequiredDocumentsReviewed.Forstudentsapplyingforgrades1stthrough12thgrade, BCSrequiresacademicrecordstoprocesstheapplication.Youmayuploadanyrecordsyou havethroughtheapplicationportalorbyemailingtheDirectorofAdmissions.Onceyour applicationissubmitted,wewillalsorequestrecordsandteacher/principal recommendationsdirectlyfromyourchild’scurrentschool.
EntranceTesting.ForstudentsapplyingtoKindergarten(K5)and1stgrade,weinvitethem tocampusforaLearningInventorywithourLowerDivisionstaff.Thisone-on-onetime allowsustogettoknowyourchildwhileobservingkeydevelopmentalandcognitive milestones.AreportisthensharedwithourAdmissionsCommittee.Schedulingdetailswill besharedduringtheadmissionsprocess.The$100testingfeeisdueatthetimeofthe assessment.
Studentsapplyingfor2ndgradethrough12thgradewillcompletetheIndependentSchool EntranceExam(ISEE),aproctoredonlinetestthattakesapproximately1.5-2hoursto complete. MeetandGreetwithLowerDivisionDirectorandClassroomVisit.Aspartofthefinalstep intheAdmissionsprocess,yourstudentwillhavetheopportunitytomeetwithourLower DivisionDirectoraswellasvisittheirprospectiveclassroom.Pleasenoteyourstudentwill spendabout45minutestoanhourinaclassroom.Parentsarerequiredtostayonsite duringtheclassroomvisit.

AdmissionsCommitteeDeterminesOfferofAcceptance.TheAdmissionsCommitteewill meettodeterminewhetheranOfferofAcceptancecanbemade.Youwillbenotifiedof theirdecisionviaemail.
**IfyourfamilyhasappliedforFinancialAid,theFinancialAidCommitteewillmeetatthis pointtodetermineifafinancialaidawardwillbegiven.**
NewStudentAcceptanceFee.IfanOfferofAcceptanceismade,youwillcomplete paymentofthenon-refundable$200NewStudentAcceptanceFee.Oncethefeeispaid, instructionsforcompletingouronlineenrollmentprocesswillbeemailedtoyou.
CompleteOnlineEnrollmentPacket.Followingtheinstructionsintheenrollmentemail, youwillcreateaFACTSFamilyPortalaccountandcompletetheonlineenrollmentforms. Duringthistime,youmayuploadyourchild’sbirthcertificate,FloridaSchoolEntryHealth Exam,andFloridaImmunizationcertificate.
