I would like to personally invite you to our Bayshore Christian School Annual Spring Gala on Friday, April 11, 2025, at the Palma Ceia Golf and Country Club. This wonderful evening includes dinner, live entertainment, silent auction, and more, and it is a meaningful occasion for us to come together as a community and family to celebrate the incredible impact that Bayshore Christian School has on the lives of our students
Throughout our fifty-three years of ministry, we have remained steadfast in our commitment to providing our students with an excellent Christ-centered education, shaping each in Christ to make an impact in the world, and creating a safe, loving, and supportive environment for all Our mission is stronger than ever, and it’s because of the collective support from families like yours that we can continue to offer exceptional opportunities for our students
Our Gala is our leading fundraiser of the year, but this event is more than an opportunity to raise money for our school It’s a night to honor the spirit of our school and the difference we make in the lives of every past, present, and future Faith Warrior and within our community. The funds raised will directly support the continued growth and development of Bayshore Christian School and provide additional dollars for financial aid.

The Bayshore Christian School Annual Spring Gala is an honored tradition and special evening for Faith Warriors to come together to celebrate our school’s progress and invest in its future.
Throughout the night, supporters enjoy dinner and live entertainment, bid on items in our silent auction, and pause to celebrate our fifty-three years of ministry.
Our Gala serves as a reminder of the lasting impact our school has, not only on our students’ academic and spiritual growth but in fostering a sense of belonging and shared purpose. Our past, present, and future come together to celebrate the BCS legacy, display the strong and unbreakable bond Faith Warriors share, and ensure our school continues to thrive for years to come.

Think of a classy take on disco where retro elegance meets modern sophistication. Get ready for a night of glitz, glamour, and great company at our Annual Spring Gala! It’s a time to celebrate our school and raise funds for the future of the Faith Warrior community.
Dress Code
Cocktail attire is required with formal wear optional
Parking
Valet parking is included with your ticket, and tipping is encouraged If you prefer, self-parking is available in the main parking lot
Gala Parents Night Out
Childcare will be available for Bayshore Christian School students in K3 through 6th grade for $30 as a fundraiser hosted by the Junior Class.
Once you purchase a Gala ticket, you’ll receive the option to sign up for childcare. A minimum of 5 students is required for the program to take place at the school

Site to purchase opens February 28th at 12pm .
Individual Ticket- $100
Each ticket includes a plated dinner, dessert, live entertainment, silent auction bidding, and raffle opportunities.
VIP After Party - $75
The VIP After Party is an exclusive experience that can be purchased alongside an individual Gala ticket. This year ' s VIP After Party will take place from 10:30 PM–11:30 PM, one hour after the main event, so you can continue the fun with great music, delicious late-night bites, and a lively atmosphere.
Sponsor a Teacher Ticket
When purchasing, you can write the name of the teacher you'd like to sponsor in the ticket description. If your chosen teacher has already received a sponsored ticket, your generous gift will go into a pool to ensure that other faculty members are sponsored.
