Every year, the Bayshore Christian School Annual Spring Gala stands as a joyful reminder of what makes our school family so special: a shared commitment to a holistic, Christ-centered education that nurtures the hearts, shapes the minds, and transforms the lives of every Faith Warrior. It is one of my favorite moments of the year. This beautiful evening is not only a time of celebration but an opportunity to invest in the present and future of Bayshore Christian School
It is with heartfelt excitement that I invite you to join us for our Gala on Friday, February 27, 2026, at the Palma Ceia Golf and Country Club With dinner, live entertainment, silent auction, and more, this event brings together parents, grandparents, faculty and staff, alumni, and the community for a night of fellowship, gratitude, and purpose.

The Bayshore Christian School Annual
Spring Gala is a cherished tradition and a joyful evening where our Faith Warrior community comes together to celebrate all that God is doing at BCS and to invest in the future of our students.
Guests will enjoy dinner, live entertainment, a vibrant silent auction, and meaningful moments that honor more than fifty-four years of Christ-centered education and ministry.
Each year, the Gala reminds us of the incredible impact our school continues to make by shaping hearts, minds, and futures while strengthening the sense of belonging that defines our community. It is a night where our past, present, and future meet to celebrate the BCS legacy, showcase the unbreakable bond our Faith Warriors share, and help ensure Bayshore Christian School continues to grow and thrive for generations to come.

This year ’ s Gala embraces the charm of old Tampa with a warm nod to the Cuban culture that has shaped our community Picture bright Tampa colors, timeless elegance, and the rich heritage that makes our city so special. Get ready for a night of celebration, connection, and community as we honor our school and raise funds for the future of the Faith Warrior family.
Dress Code
Cocktail attire is requested with formal wear optional.
Parking
Valet parking is included with your ticket, and tipping is encouraged If you prefer, self-parking is available in the main parking lot.
Gala Parents Night Out
Childcare will be available for Bayshore Christian School students in K3 through 6th grade for $35 as a fundraiser hosted by the Junior Class. Once you purchase a Gala ticket, you’ll receive the option to sign up for childcare. A minimum of 5 students is required for the program to take place at the school.

Individual Ticket- $175
Each ticket includes a plated dinner, dessert, live entertainment, silent auction bidding, and raffle opportunities.
VIP After Party - $75
The VIP After Party is an exclusive experience that can be purchased alongside an individual Gala ticket. This year ' s VIP After Party will be held out on the patio from 10:00 PM-11:00 PM, one hour after the main event, so you can continue the fun with great music, delicious late night bites, and a lively atmosphere
Grade Level Host-
$1,800*
A Grade Level Table Host reservation includes 8 seats and gives you the opportunity to host your child’s grade level teacher or teachers at your table. Invite families from your homeroom and sponsor a grade level table to show your class spirit A teacher must be present at the table. This is a wonderful way to build community, meet new families from your child’s grade, and enjoy the evening together in a meaningful and memorable way. Each ticket includes a plated dinner, dessert, live entertainment, silent auction bidding, and raffle opportunities.
Table for 10- $2,000*
A Table for 10 provides a reserved table for you and your guests to enjoy the evening together. This option is not a sponsorship, just a guaranteed space for your group to sit together throughout the event. Each ticket includes a plated dinner, dessert, live entertainment, silent auction bidding, and raffle opportunities

Our silent auction and raffle prizes are some of the most exciting parts of the night, and we need your help to make this year unforgettable. Do you or someone you know own a local business? We would be honored to include a donation of goods, services, or a unique item in our silent auction.
This is a wonderful opportunity to give back, spotlight your brand, and help raise important funds for our Faith Warriors All donating businesses will be acknowledged on our school social media and on our bidding site, giving your business meaningful visibility within our community
