On Wednesday, December 13th, the De Kalb Tiger Pride Band and the Choir had their annual winter concert. The Choir, which has 17 members sang four songs, including “Do You Love Me,” “See You Again,” “Be the Light,” and “It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas.” The band, with 27 members, played three songs: “My Favorite Things,” “In This Beautiful Place,” and “The March of the Sad Santa.” Freshman Camry Hanshaw says that she likes choir this year and thinks “the performance went well.” Mrs. King says she's very pleased with how the concert went. “The choir isn't used to performing in front of people, so they were a little nervous,” but overall, it was a great way to celebrate their hard work this year.
