Getting to the point of being a well-oiled machine does not happen automatically. Most of our staff members have worked together for over 10 years. We truly know and like each other and spend lots of time together—inside and outside of the office! In December, we all went on an “office retreat” to New Orleans where we spent 5 days shopping, listening to jazz, participating in a city run, eating good food, and being tourists! s Donna M.
