ven though the museum is temporarily closed, the popular annual “REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE“ exhibit will go on – digitally! Local artists came together, submitted photos of their art and made it possible for the museum to announce the opening of its first digital “REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE” Exhibition. The museum invites everyone to enjoy over fifty amazingly creative and beautiful pieces of recycling art on the Hi-Desert Nature Museum’s website at www.hidesertnaturemuseum.org. This exhibition is meant to raise awareness about our “throw-away” society. It is a community-based effort that aims at removing litter from our desert, and in return share individuals’ innovative and often surprising use of discarded items to create fine works of art. Enjoy perusing through the gallery and become inspired - our RRR artists never disappoint!
