Staying warm and remembering what counts This is the time of year when your electric, gas and/or propane bills can get a little hefty. Guests are in town and Old Man Winter i s set t l i ng i n. Keeping your guests or home warm and toasty is important, as is keeping your utility bills down. Here are a few Ways to Save money, while staying toasty warm. Keep your thermostat set at a low temperature. Then, be sure to hand out bla n ket s, hat s, g loves a nd s l ipp er s to y ou r guests as they enter your home. Perhaps scarves if necessa r y. Gat her pi llows by your fireplace or woodburning stove; that way more people can sit in front of it. Hope you a re laug h i ng by now, because I haven’t gone crazy; just having some end-of-the-year fun! Be sure your doors and
