VINO VARGAS WINE SPARKLING WINE MADE THE TRADITIONAL WAY OF CHAMPAGNE AND MANY RED & WHITE WINES TO SATISFY EVERY PALATE
“Great wine, great people and great views” says sommelier Vicky Vargas, are what visitors can find at Vino Vargas Wine at 950 Indian Dune Road in San Miguel, just minutes north of Paso Robles. Each wine, says Vicky, has a unique name and story to tell. Her expertise inspires visitors at the winery with food pairing ideas that will be long remembered. Her husband, Vino Vargas founder and winemaker Pedro Vargas, produces small-lot, single-varietal wines from grapes sourced from throughout California’s famed wine regions. Pedro carefully chooses the best vineyards for his hand-picked grapes, but his relationships with knowledgeable growers and vineyard managers all have important roles to fulfill long before harvests ever reach the fermenter.
A Palate-Pleasing Array “We carry a wide selection of wines – two port-style wines and eight other wines to choose from, and we make sparkling wine made in the traditional champenoise method,” said Vicky. “New wine offerings to come include our Malbec, a rosé dessert wine,
a rosé sparkling wine, plus new bottlings of our signature rosé of GSM and Albariño.” Several Vino Vargas Gold and Silver award-winning wines to note are their Toro Tinto Tempranillo (a food-friendly favorite), Salud Sangiovese, Ole! Chardonnay (92 points), and El Taxi Cabernet. Their Costa Rosa Rosé recently won Gold and Best of Class (97 points) at the 2018 Los Angeles International Wine Competition.
A Winemaker’s Humble Roots Pedro’s background is steeped in agriculture. He grew up in Northern California’s farm country where stone fruit, nuts, rice and olives are grown. As a young man, he learned the cycle of planting, growth and harvest. These skills serve him well today in the selection of the best grapes for Vino Vargas wines. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Pedro worked in the tech sector in Silicon Valley at companies like Intel and SanDisk, to name a few. He later developed his own tech start-ups in the digital music industry. Pedro’s 30-year career took a turn a decade ago when he helped a friend make hobby wine during the weekends in his basement. A year later, Pedro’s curiosity led to the start of his winemaking education at UC Davis. Within three years, Pedro earned his Certificate of Winemaking and produced 500 cases of four red varietal wines. Armed with his UC Davis education, Pedro also left high-tech and took on a consulting winemaker role and made over 20,000 cases per year for clients in the Bay area. With their own business growing and a loyal wine club on January 2015, Vino Vargas broke ground on their own winery in San Miguel.

RIBOLI FAMILY OF SAN ANTONIO WINERY Dedication, perseverance, and drive are but a few of the attributes that have earned the Riboli Family of San Antonio Winery the 2018 American Winery of the Year by Wine Enthusiast Magazine. “Over the last nineteen years, Wine Enthusiast has recognized year in and year out the quintessential names that help to move this industry forward,” said Adam Strum, Editor and Publisher. The Wine Star Awards annual program honors individuals and companies in 16 categories that have contributed to the success of the wine and alcohol beverage industry. Last November, Wine Enthusiast announced that the Riboli Family of San Antonio Winery was the best in its class. The family will be formally presented with their coveted award at a black-tie gala on January 28 in Miami, Florida.
Divine Intervention The abundant Riboli portfolio features nearly 20 brands. The family still owns and operates their original winery in Los Angeles, now celebrating 102 years of award-winning winemaking. The city was once the primary location for grape growing and winemaking in California, where Santo Cambianica, an Italian immigrant, founded the winery in 1917. Just a few years later, Prohibition threatened 100 existing wineries, and all but two handfuls survived the ban on alcohol. Santo, a devout Catholic, escaped extinction of his winery by making sacramental wines. A century later, a second tasting location and wine store exists in Ontario, and a tasting room, bistro, gift shop,

and event venue are located on the eastside of Paso Robles. A second tasting location and wine store was built in Ontario, CA nearly 40 years ago. Over 10 years ago, the family developed a tasting room, bistro, gift shop, and event venue in Paso Robles. The Riboli family has owned estate vineyards in Monterey and Napa Valley for decades. Starting in 2013, they planted two estate vineyards from within the El Pomar District of the Paso Robles AVA. The family continued to plant two estate vineyards in the Creston District of the Paso Robles AVA. The Riboli family now owns five estate vineyards in Paso Robles.
The Riboli Collection of Wines San Antonio Winery’s current estate wine brands include Riboli Family Napa Valley, San Simeon, Maddalena, Opaque, and Windstream. Their traditional series of wines include Bodega de San Antonio Sangria, several dessert wines, and three European-style wines – a classic Lambrusco, Mariella (a Syrah/Aragonez rosé) and Stella Rosa, a very successful and popular award-winning semi-sweet, semi-sparkling wine. The name of their 96-year-old matriarch, Maddalena, who married Stefano Riboli 72 years ago, also graces their wine bottles. In Los Angeles, the winery’s Maddalena Restaurant features Italian entrées to pair with the winery’s releases in comfortable and welcoming surroundings. Those same delicious, traditional recipes are now served at their Paso Robles tasting room and bistro, as well.

For the past 35 years Castoro Cellars has been a leader in the Paso Robles winemaking region. Not only does it have a state of the art facility, it has made a commitment to promoting sustainable practices and organic farming. It is SIP certified, and has solar panels to power the winery. In this way, Castoro Cellars can produce award-winning wines, and emphasize environmental stewardship at the same time. Castoro Cellars works to give back to the community in other ways as well. It hosts the annual Whale Rock Music & Art Festival to raise money for the Templeton High School Music Program.

How It All Began
One of the ways Castoro Cellars pursues environmentallyfriendly practices by powering its facilities with solar arrays. There are 10 arrays throughout Castoro’s various properties. These arrays will allow Castoro to conserve the amount of CO2 produced by burning the contents of 90,000 barrels of oil, and powering 9,000 gas vehicles. In addition, it will have the same effect as planting 1 million tree seedlings. Another way Castoro Cellars focuses on sustainability is by dedicating itself to organic farming. The grapes grown in its 13 vineyards are all produced through methods adhering to SIP and organic farming guidelines.
Castoro Cellars was established by Niels and Bimmer Udsen with the desire to produce award-winning wines in the Paso Robles area. The San Miguel Winery opened in 1990, and so did the tasting room on Bethel Road. Over the years Castoro’s winemaker hasn’t relied on past successes, he has been willing to experiment and be creative to produce the best wines possible from each year’s harvest. Right now, Castoro Cellars has 13 vineyards, covering about 1,400 acres. There are 28 varieties of grapes grown in these vineyards. In the same way that Castoro Cellars wines are unique, so are the vineyards. The names say it all. There are some commonplace vineyard names, such as Cobble Creek, as well as more creative ones, like Hog Heaven and Blind Faith.

ANOTHER WAY TO ENJOY CASTORO CELLARS WINES There’s a great way to drink great wine, have fun with friends, and get some exercise. Castoro Cellars now has an 18-hole disc golf course that winds through the Paso Robles Ranch and Whale Rock Vineyard. During this two-mile loop, you can find out more about Castoro Cellars through a self- guided tour.
In the tasting room, visitors can get a map of the disc golf course, and rent the equipment they will need to have a great day in the vineyard. The course is open from 10 am to 5 pm daily.
Festival which features a variety of musicians. This 2018 line-up included Grammy nominated artist Aloe Blacc, Fruition, Boston based Lake Street Dive, and Con Brio, described as a band with a funk feel and a psychedelic-soul sound. In 2018, more than $21,000 was raised during the two-day event, and more than 4,000 people attended the festival. The money raised during the festival will go to the Templeton Instrumental Music Boosters Association which provides funds to the Templeton High School Band. Castoro Cellars representatives said the goal of the event is to bring the community together through music, and that they love the experience as much as participants. Formerly Independence Schoolhouse, this 110-year-old, 850-square-foot wooden structure was carefully restored and much of its former features preserved. Today, the cheerful yellow building draws visitors from all around to sip, linger, inhale the view, and play a game of bocce or two during the golden hour. The Niven family of wines to experience include a series of four distinctive labels - Baileyana, Tangent, True Myth, and Zocker. With more than 30 white and red wines from which to choose, scrumptious gourmet snacks to try and an in-house gift shop, it all makes for a happy conundrum. Guests may bring

Featured Baileyana Wines Baileyana “The Architects” Pinot Noir (2016): This limited-production is among six Baileyana Pinot Noir wines produced in which the winemaking team can play architect and design their own wine. This deep, rich Pinot is already a popular Wine Club favorite. Tangent “Late Harvest” Sauvignon Blanc (2012): a one-off release, Baileyana was lucky enough to get a little bit of Botrytis in the vineyard in 2012 and the winemaking team crafted this dessert wine in classic “Sauternes” style. Honey and saffron aromas are backed by lively acidity. This Sauv Blanc pairs beautifully with cheese, spicy food and most desserts. True Myth “Obispan” (2014): one of three blends produced, this Bordeaux style wine pays homage to its home county: San Luis Obispo. The surf’s always up in SLO Wine Country. Here, in southern San Luis Obispo County on California’s Central Coast, our wineries reside an average distance of just five miles from the ocean, resulting in prevailing coastal conditions that are among the most pronounced of any wine region in California and beyond. Which is why we are known for producing standout Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, aromatic whites and other wines—and for our laid-back vibe that locals call the “SLO Life.” SLO Winemakers Excited for 2018 Vintage With the 2018 harvest and crush now fully wrapped up, winemakers around SLO Wine Country are excited about what’s to come. May and June were particularly cool months in the SLO Coast winegrowing region, but hot spells in July and early August kicked the growing season into gear. Overall, however, 2018 was the second coolest growing season in the past 10 years, according to Steve Dooley, winemaker/proprietor at Stephen Ross Wine Cellars. “The harvest weather was ideal with consistent mild temperatures,” Dooley said. “Winemakers were able to bring in fruit at a manageable pace, at ideal sugar and acid levels, over the duration of the long harvest season, starting in late August and continuing into early November.” As a result, “Quality and quantity were great this year, and the wines are delicious,” said Fintan du Fresne, winemaker and general manager at Chamisal Vineyards. Added vintner Brian Talley of Talley Vineyards, "We noticed much more variability in production this year than typical. We saw historically low yields in some blocks, but most were above average. Fermentations have proceeded nicely and the flavors are great." Visit www. Slowine.com for more information. 25th Vintage for Stephen Ross and a New Art Exhibit, Too Mother Nature feted the 25th year for Stephen Ross Wine Cellars with ideal weather conditions throughout a long harvest. Since its launch in 1994, Stephen Ross is still considered a small production winery with fewer than 5,000
cases including five Pinot Noirs, three Chardonnays and a small selection of aromatic and interesting red and white varietals. The winery is also pleased with recent stellar scores for its 2015 Stephen Ross Pinot Noir, Stone Corral Vineyard, Edna Valley including 94 points in Wine Enthusiast and 90 point in Wine Advocate. In other news, the tasting room’s urban vibe is now complemented by the energetic and curious paintings of Southern California artist Cheryl Goettemoeller. Titled, “Landscapes,” the collection of 27 works offers flowing lines, twisting depth and creative soul. Most notable was an auction lot at the Grand Tasting, which earned $30,000 for RISE, a San Luis Obispo nonprofit organization that serves victims of intimate partner violence and sexual assault/abuse and their loved ones, providing comprehensive programs, services and resources to the community. “It was exciting to see the enthusiasm that our attendees showed for SLO Wine Country and our ‘Archie McLaren Fund-A-Need’ auction lot, which is a key part of our annual event,” said Heather Muran, executive director of the SLO Wine Country Association. The auction lot was

named after the late wine enthusiast and philanthropist McLaren in honor of his 32 years of work with the Central Coast Wine Classic, which benefited more than 130 non-profit organizations throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties and raised several million dollars. Other weekend events included a Friday night collaborative winemaker dinner at The Casitas of Arroyo Grande, and open houses at various tasting rooms throughout the SLO Wine Country region. Tapas Bar Making a Name for itself in Pismo Beach La Bodega in downtown Pismo Beach is turning heads with its locally sourced, savory small-plate dishes and a wine list featuring wines of San Luis Obispo. Here, regional meat purveyors, creameries and farms play a key role in the daily rhythms of the restaurant. Located in a repurposed former bank building, the restaurant’s space is both elegant and festive, featuring personal and community tables as well as an open bar, grand piano, and even a walk-in vault. One eye-catching entree is the Ballotine de Poulet, which offers up rolled stuffed chicken with ground pork, bell peppers, smoked mozzarella, green onions and pistachio nuts, all wrapped in bacon with roasted potatoes on the side. SLO SKATE PARK Families with adventurous kids will want to check out the SLO Skate Park, which features a modern course, ample space and a variety of obstacles on which to perform tricks. BUBBLEGUM ALLEY On the 700 block of Higuera Steet in San Luis Obispo, the obscure reigns at Bubblegum Alley. Both sides of this alleyway wall are adorned with chewing gum from top to bottom and draws in tourists from all around. This local attraction has been given media attention as a must-see when visiting SLO. Colorful and unique, if not a bit weird, Bubblegum Alley is definitely worth a look if you’re in the area.

MISSION SAN LUIS OBISPO DE TOLOSA Enjoy a splash of history at Mission San Luis Obispo de Tolosa. Originally founded in 1772 by Junípero Serra, it is unique among all other California missions in its architectural design; it is the only L-shaped mission church in the state. Take a docent-led tour and learn about the mission’s original construction, as well as the centuries-old art collection. Visitors can also walk around the garden.

ALAPAY CELLARS Just a block from the sand in Avila Beach is a yellow building with a circular roof on the corner of 1st and San Miguel Street. Alapay Cellars is where everyone can find “wine tasting without the attitude” in their bright and cheerful tasting room. And it’s a sentiment that becomes tangible while chatting with their staff. “We’re warm and welcoming and super laid back,” says Jessica Maguire, Director of Wine Club Operations and Events. “If you’re knowledgeable about wine, we will go into as much or as little detail as you like about our wine releases. If it’s your first time tasting, we are just as happy to be the first tasting room you visit. There’s no pretention here!” Owner and winemakers Scott and Rebecca Remmenga are a husband-and-wife team who insist on making their visitors feel at home. Alapay, the Samala Chumash language word for “heavenly” or “world above,” is reflected in celestial décor and seaside influences in the tasting room that include two aquariums. The tasting room not only serves and sells wine, but wine-related and specialty items for year-round giving. Scott and Rebecca’s Rhône-style Cinsault and Italian varietal Lagrein wine, both of which are sourced from the French Camp Vineyard in Paso Robles, are among Alapay’s most popular wines. Winegrapes for their Tempranillo and Cabernet wines are also sourced from East Paso Robles. Fruit for their Jack McGuinley Vineyard Reserve Syrah, a perennial favorite, is sourced from Santa Barbara County. Aged in new French oak, their Reserve Petite Sirah won Gold at the 2017 Central Coast Wine Competition and ideal for the late winter and spring seasons to pair with your favorite stews or comfort food. Alapay’s Zinfandel Port and Late Harvest Moscato are not only artfully packaged, but beautiful dessert wines that guests love to take home or give as gifts. “Our 1201 wine is the perfect afternoon porch sipper. It’s light-bodied with notes of red berry, pomegranate, strawberry,

Open house at Alapay and mild white pepper,” said Jessica. “And people love our famed Rebekah Reserve red blend; it’s a real special wine.” The staff enjoys cultivating direct relationship with visitors to the tasting room and approximately 2,000 Wine Club members, who hail from both coasts. Alapay’s Wine Club offers flat rate shipments of six bottles released in January and May for $190, with an option to include a third shipment in November. “I often hear from guests that our wines are very approachable and that they like all of the wines they try. Scott really knows his stuff and is present 90 percent of the time that we’re open in the tasting room,” said Jessica. “Everyone who visits appreciate that they can walk in, relax, and talk directly with our winemaker to learn more about their new favorites.”

DRAGONETTE CELLARS It has been said that a strand of three cords is not easily broken, and so it is with brothers John and Steve Dragonette and good friend Brandon SparksGillis. In 2005, the trio left a successful Los Angeles wine shop to set their sights for Santa Barbara County’s little community of Los Olivos, where Dragonette Cellars was born. Here, the trio offers regular and reserve tastings of exclusive, distinctive, and small-lot Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah wines. “We’re family-owned and operated, and we do everything ourselves. Our goal is to produce the highest quality wines, and we accomplish this through meticulous winemaking and vineyard work,” said John.

In the Tasting Room throughout January and February, Dragonette will be pouring its well-known single vineyard Pinot Noir from the Radian Vineyard, along with highly regarded, small production Chardonnays and Syrahs. Those who sign up for Wine Club membership will receive access to two exclusive wines – the flagship 2016 Black Label Pinot Noir, and the 2016 Sauvignon Blanc Vogelzang Vineyard, which will be shipped in the Winter Club. “Our Black Label program started with MJM, our flagship, named after each of our wives, Mitchi, Jen, and Michelle,” said John. “The MJM sometimes makes it onto the tasting list, as well.” Other sourced vineyards known for their excellent fruit are Grassini Family Vineyard (Sauvignon Blanc), Rita’s Crown Vineyard (Chardonnay), Fiddlestix (Pinot Noir) and John Sebastiano (Syrah). “Our visitors will always be met by a friendly and very knowledgeable staff,” said John. “We pride ourselves on holding weekly staff trainings to educate them, and that’s important to us. In this way, our guests can discover how soil and climate influence the characteristics of wine.” In fact, 90 percent of their wines are sold directly to consumers and their wine club is 2,300-strong, and Dragonette’s wines age well, from 15 to 20 years.

Great Wines from Great Vineyards Over the years, Dragonette has refined its vineyard sources from among the best in Santa Barbara County, where sustainability and organic and biodynamic practices are rooted in their vernacular as deeply as the vines. “There have been a lot of trends in the wine business, but we’re not trend-driven,” said John. “We like super clean fruit and classic winemaking. Our focus is really on the vineyard, gently shepherding it to make elegant wines with fruit, acidity, and structure all in balance. “The Sta. Rita Hills vineyards are the coolest vineyards in county, where low-yielding, tiny clusters of concentrated flavors grow,” John explained. “Naturally-occurring diatomaceous soil, or fossilized remains of singled-celled aquatic algae, is a welcome feature in the Sta. Rita Hills subregion. It not only helps soil retain moisture and nutrients and helps produce heartier grapevines but lends structure and minerality to the wine.” Bordered to the north by the communities of Lompoc and Buellton, the chalky and volcanic slopes of the Sta. Rita Hills AVA are positioned east-west between the northern Purisima Hills and more southern Santa Rosa Hills. This corridor relies on afternoon breezes that makes it for a prime spot for growing Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and other varieties that thrive in cooler weather.

Santa Maria Costa de Oro Tasting Room Costa de Oro Tasting Room is located right off of Highway 101 in Santa Maria. This site pays tribute to the history behind Costa De Oro — it was the strawberry stand for Gold Coast Farms, the parent company of Costa De Oro, which has been farming Santa Maria since 1978. Gold Coast Vineyard was planted to 20 acres of Pinot Noir and 10 acres of Chardonnay in 1989, and these grapes were sold to the area’s best wineries — including Au Bon Climat. Gary Burk, Costa de Oro co-owner and winemaker, was fortunate to work in the winery with Jim Clendenen from 1994-2002, and during this time he began to make his own wine. Gary started with just one barrel of Chardonnay and one barrel of Pinot Noir. Today, Costa de Oro produces more than 6000 cases featuring Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the estate — Gold Coast Vineyard. At the 2017 Central Coast Wine Competition their Estate Chardonnay won “Best of Show” and their Estate Pinot Noir received a “Gold Medal.” The best place to experience the wines is at the tasting room, where guests can taste five wines for only $10.
Live Music In addition to their regular tasting room hours (normally 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily), they have music three nights a week...Thursday

Kegs Another facet to the Costa de Oro portfolio is their “Wine on Tap.” Kegged wine, wine stored and shipped inside five gallon kegs instead of bottles, has been gaining popularity throughout the past several years. Costa de Oro started kegging wine for high-end accounts, like Roy’s Hawaii. Now these wines, a white and a red, are available in the tasting room by the glass and by the growler (these can be refilled). What’s New in the Tasting Room As Zaca Mesa’s estate-vineyard Rhône varietal program has developed over the years, they have become increasingly passionate about purity of expression in the wines that they produce. To that end, several years ago they began a process of employing more neutral vessels into their aging regime. This started with a greater use of neutral oak barrels and implementation of French oak puncheons (larger barrels), further expanding with the use of terracotta clay amphorae and concrete. Under this program, Zaca Mesa has released their 2015 Amphora Syrah. Only its second vintage, the Amphora Syrah is exceptionally unique, as it has been aged in a terracotta vessel, in contrast to commonly used French oak barrels. This technique captures the essence of the original grape, creating a truly special wine. A mere 54 cases were produced.
A Winery with Something for Everyone Zaca Mesa hosts a variety of events throughout the year. The annual celebration of Paso’s heritage variety, Vintage Paso: Zinfandel Weekend is scheduled for March 15-17. Paso Robles’ signature wine event, the Paso Robles Wine Festival celebrates its 37th year on May 16-19. Now is the time to plan, for Paso Wine, in 2019. Vintage Paso: Zinfandel Weekend begins on Friday, March 15 with Zinposium, a Zin-focused seminar in downtown Paso Robles at the Paso Robles Inn Ballroom. Garagiste Festival Comes to Solvang, February 8-10 The Garagiste Wine Festival, which was named America’s Best Wine Festival by USA Today, returns February 8-10 to Solvang, which was named One of America’s 10 Best Small Historic Towns by USA Today. Tickets are now on sale. This marks the seventh year that the Garagiste Festival: Southern Exposure has showcased the wines of some of California’s best small-production winemakers in one of California’s most charming small towns, which is celebrating its 107th anniversary this year. Solvang is in the heart of the renowned Santa Ynez Valley wine country, just north of picturesque Santa Barbara. “America’s best wine festival meets one of America’s best historic small towns for the seventh year in a row…what could make for a better wine country weekend?” said Garagiste Festival Co-founder Doug Minnick. “There is a special place in our hearts for Solvang, and for the amazing small-production winemakers who pour at this venue. Solvang, and the beautiful Veteran’s Memorial Hall, lend such a charming and intimate setting for attendees to chat and taste with the winemakers and owners who will be pouring their hard-to-find wines. We love the diversity of the wines poured here, with multiple micro-climates, grape varieties and innovative blends represented.” More than 40 winemakers from Santa Barbara County and across California converge at Solvang’s Mission-style Veterans’ Memorial Hall to pour more than 150 wines over three days of events which include the continuation of the festival’s “Original Garagiste” seminars, moderated by Garagiste Festival Co-founder and KRUSH radio host, Stewart McLennan, and, this year featuring Central Coast winemaking legend Ken Brown of Ken Brown Wines. “We are proud to lead off our main event with a one-on-one discussion and tasting with Ken Brown – a true original ‘garagiste’ many years before micro-production winemaking became a movement,’ said McLennan. “Ken was one of the first to recognize the cool climate potential of this region back in the ’70s and to craft delicious wines from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay right here in Santa Barbara. We are looking forward to an informative and inspiring conversation as we taste some of his delicious wines.” Brown, whose Ken Brown Wines focuses on very small lots of Pinot Noir from the finest vineyards of Sta. Rita Hills, is recognized as one of Santa Barbara County’s pioneering winemakers and
innovators. Not only was he among the first vintners to realize the tremendous promise for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in Santa Barbara County, but he was also the first winemaker to introduce the Syrah grape, as well as Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc, to the region. He was founding winemaker at Zaca Mesa Winery and spent 20 years at Byron Vineyard and Winery which later sold to the Robert Mondavi family. In this seminar, attendees will learn how he helped shape the Santa Barbara wine scene and why he ultimately returned to small-lot winemaking. The Garagiste Festival: Southern Exposure 2019 kicks off on Friday, February 8th from 6:30 to 9 p.m. with the very popular “No Repeats, Rare & Reserve,” where attendees can get up close and personal with the winemakers as they share limited Club Only, Library and Pre-Release bottles and Barrel samples, and enjoy a BBQ buffet from local favorite Tim's BBQ. On Saturday, the seminar with Ken Brown, “Original Garagistes: A Deep Dive & Tasting,” runs from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and includes a Wine Country boxed lunch (VIP/Weekend pass ticket holders only). The day continues with the main event, the Grand Tasting, from 2 to 5 p.m. showcasing over 40 winemakers pouring 150+ wines and 20+ unique varieties.
