Celebrate Independence Day with some trivia you may not know

t’s that special time to celebrate our country’s 241st birthday. Most of us are familiar with the popular trivia that comes up about the United States each Independence Day. For instance, there are 13 stripes on the American flag, the title of the National Anthem is “The Star Spangled Banner” and four Presidents have been assassinated while in office (Abraham Lincoln in 1865, James Garfield in 1881,

William McKinley in 1901 and John F. Kennedy in 1963). It’s even more fun to tackle trivia questions whose answers haven’t been shared so widely. To fully prepare for all those hot dogs, Uncle Sam hats and fireworks shows, we have some less mainstream tidbits for you to ponder. See how well you do in this mini-quiz!
