After several years of uncertainty, the Big Bear real estate market seen a light at the end of the tunnel. The upward trend started in 2012, and in continued through 2014 for residential real estate.

There were 1,059 residential properties sold in 2014. And while that’s slightly down from 2013 numbers of 1,222, Steve Hirschler sees it as a stable and positive trend.
