GOLF
Friday, March 24th will be our first official day of the 2023 Golf Season here at Ocean Edge, weather dependent. We anxiously await the warmer weather and getting our members onto the golf course.
As we begin to look forward to the golf course opening, we are equally excited to open the driving range in April. Our driving range enhancement project will start with the members' end of the driving range. We purchased new upgraded bag stands, tee dividers, and apple crates to complement our members-only tee. The addition of Adirondack chairs, a table, and a housing unit for water and trash will round out these new additions. On the warm-up end, we will implement a new rotational schedule to allow us to hit from grass 6 days a week. With new bag stands and tee dividers complimented by our den caddies and new Adirondack chairs to complete the new look on our warm-up tee. Craig and his team will be installing a new walkway and stairs from the parking circle to further enhance the aesthetic as you arrive at the driving range. We didn't stop there and will be adding new barber poles throughout the range to give each golfer many more targets to shoot at while practicing and warming up before the round. We can't wait to get started on these new additions and amenities to arrive that will give our range a whole new dimension we are sure you will enjoy.
If you have not signed up for the OEWGA or OEMGA the season is quickly approaching starting in May. Our Ladies' & Men’s associations are a great way to get involved with golf here at Ocean Edge. Please find information regarding applications, calendars, and by-laws on our Ocean Edge Club’s Member website.

As a Troon Prive Club, we have the opportunity to play some great courses across the country and beyond. Head to the Troon website (www.troonprive.com) under prive privileges to see a full listing of eligible courses in each state.
