Accreditations BC3 maintains a level of educational standards through accreditation by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE). BC3 Tuition & Fees: 2024-2025 $ 197 per credit – Butler County Residents $300 per credit – Out-of-County Residents $400 per credit – Out-of-State/International Residents Costs reflect an in-person format. Online classes are an additional $25 per credit.
