Our team of the most experienced agents in the region has capitalized on a very steady and reliable market. With only 120 homes currently available in the entire County, we are seeing demand satisfying the supply, which is a healthy seven months. The average time that it takes to sell a property has been trending down as well. Sales in the City of Gunnison have been consistent, with the average home price rising above $720,000. Similarly, in Rural Gunnison, homes are selling for an average of $930,000, and sales increased 24% year over year to 56 units closed. Condominium sales stretched to 52 closings at an average price of nearly $408,000, with just 16 units currently available. Area land sales have also increased to 36 transactions, averaging $304,000, with a diminishing 51 parcels currently on the market.
