There are five view options for displaying assets
List View
Thumbnail View
Asset Sizes
Masonry Grid View
Curated View
Geo View
With no asset selected you can find the different view options in the toolbar above your assets, select the required view.
Different thumbnail sizes can be selected when using the thumbnail view, masonry grid view, curated view or the geo view
Sorting
The sorting options can be changed:
• in list view by clicking the individual headings
• in thumbnail view and masonry grid view by clicking Sort by Name
downloading assets
1 Click on the Asset
2 Select the Download Icon located in the top left corner of the page
3 Select the Present you wish to download the asset as:
High Resolution (300 DPI)
• Ideal for Printing
Low Resolution (72 DPI)
• Ideal for Web
4 Select Download at the bottom right corner of the page:

1 Login to the Global Toolkit
2 Select the filters you require on the right-side panel
3 You can change the Filter to AND or OR by selecting the three dots
4 To clear all Filters, select Clear All at the top right side of the filter panel

1 In your Global Toolkit you will always find the search bar at the top Portal Main Library
2 Click in the search field and enter any search term(s) Maximum 300 characters
3 Click the search/filter icon or press Enter to display the results

1 Select the filter tile, for more advanced search options
2 To search for multiple search terms at once, enter Search Term #1, Search Term #2
Example: Sippy Cup, Blueberry, Photo With AND selected With OR selected

troubleshooting
filter not working
The filter searches through all assets within the Folder / Album you have selected in the navigation panel
If you search through the Search box in the Portal or the Main Library it will search all Assets, you can then use the filter to narrow down your results.

not downloading
If you have selected download, and nothing is appearing in your Downloads, please enable pop ups on your PC.
Edge 1. Go to Settings and more at the top of your browser.
2. Select Settings > Cookies and site permissions.
3. Under All permissions, select Pop-ups and redirects.
4. Turn on the Block (recommended) toggle. When this feature is turned on and a pop-up has been blocked, Edge will display the following image in your web browser's address bar.
Chrome 1. Open Chrome and click the three vertical dots icon in the upper-right corner of the window.
2. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
3. Click Privacy and security on the left side of the screen.
4. Click Site Settings under the Privacy and security section.
5. Scroll down to the Content section and click Pop-ups and redirects.
6. Move the toggle next to Blocked to the right to change the setting to Allowed. Alternatively, you can allow pop-ups for specific sites by clicking the Pop-up blocked icon in the address bar and selecting Always allow pop-ups and redirects from [site].
