Mediation Services Every year, Mediation Services provided by Better Business Bureau® Serving Central California & Inland Empire helps thousands of people resolve tough problems without going to court - or giving in. Mediation Services staff and volunteers are trained to help people resolve problems and settle disputes in several ways. Many conflicts arise because people aren’t communicating at all. Our mediators spend a lot of time coaching people on how to negotiate effectively on their own, because that’s by far the best way to deal with problems. If it’s too late for that, a member of our staff can often conciliate a settlement with a couple of letters or phone calls.

REQUEST MEDIATION

Arbitration Services Better Business Bureau Serving Central California & Inland Empire Counties is currently inviting attorneys or dispute resolution professionals (retired or employed) to join our team of arbitrators to help determine disputes between consumers and businesses. If you are ethical, fair-minded, organized, possess strong written and verbal skills and are able to manage hearings and write decisions, BBB welcomes you to apply. Our BBB Auto Line Program, which is administered nationally by BBB National Programs, provides arbitration for disputes involving motor vehicles that qualify under State Lemon Laws. These cases are handled either in writing, by zoom or by teleconference. Arbitrators are compensated for each case. There is no cost for training or materials. Candidates who successfully complete the training will be eligible to hear both Auto Line arbitration and potential binding arbitration cases.
