Got Leads? BBB Get-A-Quote Program Does

Did you know consumers can request a quote directly from your business’s BBB® Profile or through BBB.org/ask tool? Available only to Accredited Businesses like yours, this resource is designed to give you more prospective customers by matching consumer requests to your business’s capabilities and location.

Here’s How It Works:

Direct Request:

Consumers can request a quote from BBB.org/ask or directly click the Get-A-Quote button from your business’s BBB Profile

Search and Share:

Requests made from your BBB Business Profile are sent directly to you. When a consumer request a quote on BBB.org/ask, BBB searches its database for Accredited Businesses near the consumer. The customer then selects which nearby business they would like to receive a quote from. Selected businesses are notifies of the new lead by text or email.

Claim:

Once your business is notifies of a new lead, you can claim or review it by clicking the link within the text or email you receive. Accredited Businesses are urged to only claim leads they lan to contact within 24 hours.

Respond:

Consumers expect quick responses from businesses. The faster you send them your quote, the more likely they are to choose you over a competitor.

Q: Why did you choose BBB Accreditation?

Q: Do you use BBB outside your Accreditation?

A: Whenever I want to discover new vendors to purchase new products or services, I just look at the BBB accredited directory. These businesses clearly care about the expectations of the customers.

A: As a small business owner, I’m constantly looking for ways to expand my business base. That’s the same reason why I’m thrilled to have been a BBB Accredited Business for many years. By being a BBB Accredited Business, I can demonstrate to my customers that I am committed to providing a service with trust, integrity, and honor.

Q: Would you recommend BBB Accreditation to other businesses?

If you are not a BBB accredited member, you are missing out on a lot of opportunities available out there to grow your business. I strongly encourage you to go ahead and become an accredited member, you won’t regret it. I’m grateful for all the opportunities offered to my business
