The Seaside Square Complex features 2 of our 4 heated pools, 4 of our 6 hot tubs, and one of two poolside restaurants. Come sit in the sun, watch the kids play in the pools, and enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The resort is located just half a mile from 7 miles of pristine sandy beach. We offer 2 complimentary beach trolleys. They run daily during the summer season, on the hour to Pine Point Beach and Old Orchard Beach with its historic pier.
Built in 2014, our Little River Complex is located near Ashley Pond. Come relax in the adult only area, which includes a pool, 2 hot tubs and a bar & grille! The facility also has bright sunny restrooms, a state of the art laundry facility and offers a view of the Old Orchard Beach fireworks every Thursday evening! (Weather dependent)

We have three stocked fishing ponds on-site for those who love to fish, filled with largemouth bass and trout. During our summer season, be sure to enter in our bass fishing derby!
Bayley’s is situated on 200 acres of Southern Maine’s scenic coastal countryside. We feature 700+ sites to accommodate almost any camper’s needs, including our Big Rig section.
On-site, we also offer fully equipped trailers up to 35 feet and Cabins. The Cabins include full size kitchen appliances, full bathroom, 2 bedrooms, fireplace and screened porch.

Advanced reservations are suggested for summer season & holidays. Reservations of 1-4 nights must be paid in full, reservations of 5-13 nights is a deposit of $250, reservations of 14 or more nights is a $250 deposit per week reserved; all paid within one week of making the reservation. Payment in full is required for all specials & discounts when reserving. Reservations during the summer season, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day & Columbus Day have a minimum night requirement. Bayley South sites require a unit of 26’ or larger. A $35 fee will be assessed for a check returned due to insufficient funds. Payment in full is required upon arrival, at which time we will accept: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash & Traveler’s Checks.

• Guests are not allowed to wash camping units or any other vehicles at their site. $50 fine for those who are caught.
• No Generators. • All outdoor games are prohibited after 8 pm.
• Please, keep your site clean and leave it as you found it. All trash MUST be put in dumpsters located conveniently throughout the Resort as indicated on the Site Map. Recyclable beverage containers can be left at labeled receptacles throughout the Resort, which will contribute to Shriner’s Children’s Hospitals. Please see Page 10 for Clynk recycling information.

Shriner’s Children’s Hospital
For the past ten seasons, we have partnered with Clynk’s Community Cash Program to benefit the Shriner’s Children’s Hospital. When you arrive you can pick up a green Clynk bag at the office and during your stay fill it with returnable cans and bottles. Once it’s full or you’re checking out, drop off the bag(s) at the designated location by the Main Store. The bags will be collected and counted by Clynk and the money will be donated to the hospital. In the past nine seasons our campers have raised over $31,000! Please pick up your Clynk bag at the Main Office and contribute to a great cause!

Eastern Trail Network

The Eastern Trail is part of the Eastern Coast Greenway Bicycle Trail that extends from Maine to Florida. One of the most scenic coastal sections of the Eastern Trail connects Pine Point Road (Rt. 9) with Black Point Road (Rt. 207). You’ll find a convenient parking lot 1/4 mile east of Maine Audubon’s Scarborough Marsh nature center on Pine Point Road. The trail heads north crossing the Scarborough Marsh with its wildlife and views of Maine’s largest saltwater marsh. The 12-foot-wide trail in this 2.5 mile segment features a hard packed gravel surface that is level, great for walking, jogging or biking.

Fort Williams Park stood with guns protecting Portland Harbour until it was officially closed in 1963. Located off Route 77 (Shore Road), the fort was taken over by the town of Cape Elizabeth which maintains the property for all to enjoy free of charge (fee for parking). The park is the location of the most picturesque light house on the East coast. This lighthouse was commissioned in 1790 by George Washington himself. Simply call our office and we will verify that you have your reservation paid in full, correct license plate numbers and amount of people. Must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to allow us time to email you the Priority Check-In voucher. Arrive between the hours of 2 pm and 8 pm with your voucher displayed to the gate attendant on your phone or printed and drive directly to your site!
