Capital City Bank is proud to welcome Holly Onda as a Capital City Investments advisor serving Bay and Walton counties. Onda brings more than a decade of client service experience and holds a series 7 and 66 securities registrations with LPL Financial as well as state Life, Health, and Variable Annuities licenses. She focuses on leveraging financial tools to help her clients work towards realistic and achievable goals. Onda understands no two clients’ financial lives, needs or goals are the same and, therefore, takes a tailored approach to planning and selecting tools to serve the individual.
Outside of work, Onda invests in her community through volunteerism and currently serves as president of the board of directors for Girls Inc. of Bay County. She and her husband share a one-year-old son, Wesley. In their free time, the Ondas enjoy fishing and relaxing on the water.
Regions Bank Announces Robin Striblin Panama City Market Executive
Regions Bank recently announced Robin Striblin will serve as market executive for the bank in Panama City. As market executive, Striblin will leverage her local experience and market insights to expand Regions’ client base along the Emerald Coast while taking a strategic, proactive role in advancing community engagement. Community engagement at Regions focuses on creating more inclusive prosperity, particularly in the areas of financial wellness; economic and community development; and education and workforce development. Striblin will also continue in her role as mortgage production manager leading a team of professionals who serve clients through a variety of financial solutions to reach their homeownership goals. “My heart is in Bay County, and I look forward to building on the ways we meet customer and community needs,” Striblin said. “At Regions, we are focused on so much more than financial transactions. We take the time to build relationships and identify ways we can use our experience to make life better for customers and communities. Another example of this collaboration is the support we’ve raised among our teams for people impacted by COVID-19. We’re invested in the success of our community, and we’ll keep identifying ways to serve.”
Habitat for Humanity Welcomes Executive Director Habitat for Humanity of Bay County
welcomes a new Executive Director, Mark L. Mitchem, Colonel (Retired), USAF. Mark recently retired from the Air Force with close to 32 years of active duty. He served in various locations in

the U.S. and overseas. He and his wife, Terri, are both natives of Bay County and graduated from Mosley High School in 1983. Mark stated “We are pleased to be back “home” near our families and to serve in the local community.”

John Robbins, Board President remarked, “The community is very fortunate to have Mark at the helm of Habitat for Humanity – Bay County. We are looking forward to working with him.”
Mark replaced Lance Rettig, who helped lead significant housing improvement efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Michael. Over the past two years, Habitat for Humanity - Bay County has dedicated 7 new homes and repaired over 100. Additionally, 8 homes are currently under construction.

Cardiovascular Institute Welcomes
Dr. Timothy McShurley Interventional Cardiologist

Dr. McShurley is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Interventional Cardiology and Cardiovascular Diseases as well as certified by the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology. Dr. McShurley received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Loyola Marymount in Los Angeles and his medical degree from the Ross University School of Medicine. He continued his training at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, Louisiana State University in New Orleans for his cardiovascular medicine fellowship, and then completed his interventional cardiology fellowship in 2016 at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Massachusetts. Dr. McShurley will be seeing patients with general cardiology needs as well those in need of coronary or peripheral intervention. Dr. McShurley is originally from Northern California and began his career in San Luis Obispo, California. He has relocated to Panama City with his family and they are looking forward to enjoying everything our community has to offer.
