• A new village in Baton Rouge. We are building a village that celebrates the authentic and memorable small towns and villages of Louisiana and America.

We call it Pointe-Marie, a name that connects with the river, our culture and this remarkable area.

• A Village Center. The heart of PointeMarie is our Village Center, an engaging collection of residences, shopping, dining, entertainment, sports, lodging,

work, health and wellness, learning and civic gathering like nowhere else in Baton Rouge—all a short walk from one another.

• Breathing life into the community.

Like those memorable small towns and villages, the very first phase of our Village Center will offer an array of civic structures, distinctive gathering venues, unique food and beverage offerings and engaging programming—bringing

residents, visitors and guests together in multiple ways.

• Neighborhoods for everyone. A diverse collection of neighborhoods and districts will encourage gathering and strolling, offering brick-paved streets, alleyways and sidewalks bordered by picket fences and spacious front porches—all designed and constructed at human scale.

• The arts and daily life. Live-work districts and makers areas will bring creativity back into everyday life. Watch a pot getting thrown, painting, theater, film and other imaginative pursuits—all within a short walk from home.

• A one-of-a-kind community garden.

Co-created with the LSU AgCenter, our community garden will be a prototype

for the region—bringing neighbors and friends together to raise fruits and vegetables with guidance from trained gardeners and professionals.

• Amenities for every age and interest.

A collection of thoughtfully designed pools, cabanas, parks, promenades, civic and natural gathering areas, garden structures and resort amenities will be woven into the neighborhoods and districts of the village.

• Transcending real estate. Our mission: to help Pointe-Marie transcend typical real estate development, offering a combination of considered planning, vernacular Louisiana architecture and a one-of-a-kind sense of community that will be passed down through the generations.

The 120-acre PointeMarie masterplan mindfully integrates residences, neighborhood amenities, shopping, dining, entertainment, sports, lodging, work, health and wellness, learning, civic gathering, RV resort amenities and good times—all within a compact walkable village.

• The heart of the community. From the beginning, our Village Center will offer a wide array of gathering spaces, plazas, civic structures, dining, pavilions, parks and entertainment venues—becoming the primary gathering center for events, festivals and other gatherings.

Brick-paved village streets thoughtfully defined by setbacks, residences, street trees, parking, picket fences and front porches will become comfortable “outdoor rooms” that encourage strolling and gathering.

A collection of trails, pathways, promenades, parks, and preserves will connect the Village Center and village amenities with neighborhoods and districts.

The architecture and landscape vocabularies of Pointe-Marie blend design principles and building traditions of historic Louisiana with techniques and advancements of the present day. We call the result “21st-Century Louisiana.”
