Offering study spaces, as well as a multifaith room and quiet space, Main House is the historic heart of Newton Park for both students and staff alike. The Library provides 350,000 e-books and more than 30,000 academic e-journals in addition to print books, journals, music scores and DVDs. Other facilities include bookable study seats and computers, as well as copiers, printers and scanners.
SCIENCE LABORATORIES
Our laboratories, glasshouses and experimental areas provide specialist facilities for a wide range of biological studies including aquatic, ecological, anatomical and soil analysis. We also have facilities to support our Wildlife Conservation course, and the huge “outdoor laboratory” just outside – our beautiful campus!

COMMONS BUILDING
Commons building is home to state-of-the-art TV and production studios with full lighting systems, audio mixing and post-production facilities. You’ll also find study areas, lecture halls and computing and publishing suites.

The core of performance and music courses at BSU, the Michael Tippett Centre, is the only purpose-built concert hall in Bath. The nearby University Theatre is the hub for drama, acting, dance and theatre courses, and plays host to numerous live productions throughout the year.
