Blanquette de Limoux is a variety of sparkling wine which is crafted in the champagne method and fermented in bottle for 18 months.
A blend of Mauzac, Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay grapes from an area of Southern France in the Pyrenean foothills just south of Carcassone.
A dry sparkling wine with a creamy texture and full bodied with fruity aromas.
