The Broccardo winery is a family-owned winery located in Monforte d’Alba and run today by Filippo, Laura and Federica Broccardo. Since 2010, the three brothers have been carrying on the production philosophy handed down to them by their parents and great-grandparents: a great sense of appreciation for the land and the use of vineyard techniques that always respect the land. The property consists of 13 hectares planted with vines that extend between the communes of Monforte d’Alba with the San Giovanni and Bricco San Pietro cru, Barolo with the Paiagallo cru and Novello, with the Ravera cru. Winemaking is focused on the purity of each wine with a special effort to preserve the fruity scents, without altering their peculiarities, so that the characteristics of the Langa land can be perceived.

Politi winery still uses the ancient cellars with barrel vaults, used for the aging of red wines in large wood. In addition to the old cellars, there are the most modern ones where white grapes are worked on for the production of Verdicchio. Finally, soon works will begin to restore the ancient caves below the eighteenth-century tower house. It’s just history and passion. Politi winery makes quality and genuineness of products the key words of their philosophy. Caprili is a historic, family-owned wine estate located in the southwestern quadrant of the Montalcino region in Tuscany, Italy. Established in 1965 by Alfo Bartolommei, the winery is highly regarded as one of the traditional, foundational producers that helped build the global reputation of the Brunello di Montalcino appellation. Today, the estate spans 58 hectares, with roughly 21 to 25 hectares dedicated entirely to hand-harvested vineyards farmed using organic practices. The Caprili winery consists of a total of 59 hectares, 24.5 of which are vineyards, mostly in Montalcino (about 20 ha) and a small part in Cinigiano (about 4.5 ha). A total of 160,000 bottles are produced, of which: 50,000 Brunello, 40,000 of Rosso, 5,000 of Riserva, 60,000 of Sangiovese IGT (Ilex), 7,000 of Vermentino (Settimia) and 2,000 of Moscadello.

Citra, founded in 1973, is Abruzzo’s largest winegrowing community with 6,000 hectares of vineyards being Citra’s greatest asset, encompassing almost the entire province of Chieti. The vineyard is situated in a privileged spot where grapes ripen among Majella, Gran Sasso and the Adriatic Sea: a unique chance to utilise different and unique terroirs and microclimates, with the ideal temperature range for the ripening of grapes. As a matter of fact, thanks to mountain airstreams and sea breeze grapes acquire different chemical and aromatic characteristics and yet fundamental for the production of our peculiar wines. Montepulciano and Pecorino are the excellences of the Abruzzo vineyards. Consorzio San Michele was founded in 2012 by the meeting of a group of friends who, combining their skills, have decided to give life to an autonomous reality that enhances the Vermentino di Gallura wine. The ten hectares of the members are located in the heart of Gallura, near Berchidda, next to the rural church of San Michele, from which comes the name of the Consortium. The main objective is a high quality product that enhances the character of the land from where it comes. Consorzio San Michele aims to produce Vermentino di Gallura in a traditional way, using only carefully selected Vermentino grapes. The wines of Consorzio San Michele keep the scents of the land and the wind of Sardinia. Our production is exclusively based on the Vermentino grape variety, and divided into three different labels, whose names are linked to the deadly sins, such as Superbia (pride), Invidia (envy), and as homage to Berchidda’s music tradition (as birthplace of the internationally famous jazz musician Paolo Fresu), Sinfonia.

For over 150 years this winery located between Barolo and Monforte d’Alba, on the famous Bussia hill, surrounded by vineyards which curved this Unesco’s World Heritage landscape: the Langhe. The winery was founded in 1874 by Luigi Arnulfo, considered the pioneer of Barolo wine for his innovative ideas in the enological world and international wine market. His story is told in the Museum dedicated to him, the heart of the tour that we have created to show the estate and its 11 hectares of vineyards, the winery and the different stages of vinification and wine production. In 1961, located in the Chianti hills, between the Tuscan cities of Florence and Siena, seventeen wine growers joined forces and knowledge to protect the heritage of Tuscan wine, the territory and the Chianti image. Thus, began the long journey of the “Agricoltori del Chianti Geografico”, destined to write the history of Tuscan wine. Their vineyards are located in Chianti, Chianti Classico, Vernaccia di San Gimignano, which are the most prestigious production areas within the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany. Geografico is one of the oldest cooperatives in Tuscany. Now under the direction of the Piccini family. Geografico’s collection is steeped in tradition and culture with strong links to its territory. Geografico Borgo Alla Terra is a range of traditional Italian Chianti made primarily from Sangiovese with a small percentage of other Tuscan red grape varietal.

The story of I Magredi began in 1968, when Otello Tombacco, an entrepreneur from Oderzo, acquired the estate and laid the foundations for the agricultural business. In its early years, the farm embraced a diversified mix of crops, with arable land alternating with apple orchards, peach groves, and vineyards. The harvested fresh fruit was sold directly on-site, while the grapes were transported to Oderzo for vinification. A pivotal moment came in 1985, when Michelangelo Tombacco joined the family business after completing his studies in agricultural sciences. By the late 1980s, he had steered I Magredi towards a clear focus on viticulture, transforming the company into a dedicated wine-producing estate. Today, the story of the Tombacco family remains at the heart of the company’s identity, rooted in vineyard craftsmanship, a deep connection to the land and an unwavering commitment to quality.

Nestled among the hills of the Langhe in Trezzo Tinella, Il Bosseto is a family-run winery where four Bera brothers produce wines only from their own grapes—blending modern winemaking with time-honored traditions. Positioned at 450m elevation between the Moscato Langa, Barbaresco Langa, and Alta Langa, we practice thoughtful viticulture with organo-mineral care, prioritizing vine health. The Bera family has been cultivating the land for generations. Up until a few decades ago, the estate was self-sufficient, with vineyards, peach orchards, hazelnut groves, fields, and pastures. Since the 1980s, wine production has taken center stage, leading us toward deep specialisation. Today, four brothers fulfill this dream, making wine from our own grapes using modern techniques while honoring our rural heritage. The name Il Bosseto comes from the boxwood shrub – slow, tenacious, resilient – much like our approach. The Puddu winery is situated in a unique and impressive natural setting at the feet of mountain Corrasi , a dolomite limestone massive, symbol of Oliena and highest peak of the Supramonte, a few kilometers away in linear distance - from the Gulf of Orosei and its crystal blue sea on the eastern coast of Sardinia. Decomposed granite soils with limestone components confer wines great minerality and freshness, a sunny and cool weather with temperature swings from daytime warmth provide the ideal conditions for the concentration of terpenes in the grapes, anticipating the aromas found in the glass and giving our grapes unique characteristics. The Fratelli Puddu di Oliena winery produces typical wines of its territory. The vineyards of Cannonau are located at the foot of Monte Corrasi in a unique environmental context. As usual, the Nepente di Oliena is produced here, a sub-area of Cannonau di Sardegna DOC.

The Antica Distilleria Sibona is located in the Roero zone, in the communal district of Piobesi d’Alba, a few kilometres from Alba. The distillery is located in the centre of an important wine area, where the most typical vines from Piedmont are cultivated: Nebbiolo vine from which Barolo, Barbaresco and Roero wines are created according to their own zones of production, besides Barbera, Dolcetto, Moscato, Chardonnay, Arneis and Brachetto vines. Sibona’s grappas reach high quality levels thanks to accurate distillation, constant updating and improvement of the equipment, the experience of two oenologists who have been working in distillation for years, the elimination of the first and last portions of the distillates, and last, but not least, a long ageing period in barrels, which renders the grappas not only soft and pleasant but also more complex and aromatised. The nice and wide aging cellar contains different kind of barrels, like Port, Sherry, Madeira, Whiskey, Rum and Sauternes casks from where we obtain our special grappa reserves including the grappa XO aged over 6 years in French oak tonneau.

Enrico Toro is a historic Italian distillery founded in 1817 by Beniamino Toro in Tocco da Casauria, Abruzzo. The family-run company is world-renowned for its traditional herbal liqueurs made from wild aromatic herbs and berries hand-harvested from the slopes of the nearby Majella and Morrone mountains. The distillery’s flagship creation is Centerba (specifically Centerba Forte or Centerba 72), a high-proof, emeraldgreen herbal digestif boasting a potent 70% alcohol by volume. Originally adapted from a secret recipe crafted by Benedictine monks, it achieved legendary status during the 1836 Naples cholera epidemic when it was widely distributed for its medicinal and antiseptic properties. Despite its extreme strength, it is celebrated for its balanced, intensely fresh mint and botanical finish. It is traditionally enjoyed neat at room temperature, over ice, or as an aromatic punch in coffee and cocktails.
