Site Evaluation: Our team will quickly conduct an in-house earth-work and site evaluation using the SiteOps and InSite Elevation software. This will inform you of the amount of effort required to prepare the site for vertical construction.

Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) Budgets: Utilizing Nucor’s proprietary eQuote technology, our team will provide you renderings, preliminary framing drawings and a ROM budget for your project. This will quickly help you evaluate the project’s feasibility and best path forward.

Design-Build Partnerships: Our team can hire and manage the design-team for your project, positioning us as your single point of accountability and communication. This team can include everyone from the architect, civil engineer, MEP engineer, and on.
