Unfortunately due to a back problem which I do not wish to aggravate more than is necessary, I have decided to sell all of my pigeons. The daily chores associated with successful pigeon racing e.g. Loft scraping and particularly the lifting of club baskets is no longer an option for me. These birds have not let me down and have provided me with much joy and excitement particularly on race day, and I will be sad to see them go. I believe the quality of these pigeons speaks for itself firstly in toping the North Section C.C.F Pointscore in my first year back in 2013 and winning 7 Club Firsts and then backing it up with 2nd North Section Pointscore C.C.F in 2015 and 8 Club Firsts in my second year back. My pigeons have excelled particularly at the longer distances and are quite notable for good returns, always having one of the best returns in the club. The pigeons for sale are my stock birds (of which I don’t keep more than 20 odd pairs), plus selected race birds from previous seasons and 30 odd 2017 rung pigeons. The results my pigeons have achieved in just two and a half season are what make these birds worth having a look at. NOTE: There are 3 high quality old cock birds in this sale (Lot 5, Lot 39 & Lot 61) that are showing their age and are inconsistent filling eggs, but have been an important part of establishing my lofts. I understand any reluctance in purchasing them but they must go regardless (These birds despite their age manage to surprise me each year).
