Welcome to our 2025 Annual Online Farmgate Bull Sale. We are grateful for the continued interest and support of past buyers and all who took the time to visit our ranch and view our seedstock. As a family cattle are the #1 focus that we all participate and our children look forward to coming back on weekends to work and contribute to our cattle operation. Martina and fancé Jay have wedding bells ringing for June 2026 and have purchased Jay’s family homestead in Arcola, SK. and looking forward to expanding their Angus base in the future. Martina continues her career with BASF as a retail representative in her new territory and oversees SHR registrations. Robyn continues to reside at Madge Lake and works of the farm at Crosstown Motors GMC in Roblin, MB, where she holds the title of F & I Manager. Chatting to farmers about their new truck and cattle have made her job very rewarding. Parker is fnished with Grade 12 and fnishing his level 1 welding certifcate. He was talking about employment and career in Alberta, but a cute blond from Ethelbert helps him feed cattle, goes hunting and fshing with him, so Manitoba it is for now!! This year’s ofering will include the strongest group of bulls with diverse characteristics to ofer everyone including calve ease, maternal milk, to tipping the scale from our performance bull selection. Also, along with our ofering we will ofer out of our replacement pen 3 female prospects that will compliment any purebred herd or 4H project. Last but NOT least, and by popular demand, we will be selling 2 selected halter breaking donkey’s equipped with our own designed “HALTER” that will make life easier leading up to showtime and also ofer some predator control. We at Swan Hills Ranch strive to continue to breed for efciency to produce beef on an ideal moderate 1400 lbs cow and strive to produce 50% of her body weight in 205 days. SHR continues to seek the fnest genetics available through our AI, Embryo, and IVF initiatives using bulls with a balanced set of EPD’s, calving ease, and strong emphasis on milk. Sassie fexes, sidepasses, yeilds very well to pressure, has a nice stop, spin and backup. She loads and trailers well, great for the farrier, deworming, bridling, saddling, etc. She just had a month or so of softening work this winter and she is like a Cadillac. She is gorgeous in both Western and English gear, or throw on the halter and go bareback. Sassie has a great work ethic and super foundation to go many directions! A working home is a must! She will come with references with anyone involved with her. As will I, if needed. We have indoor riding for applicants to take a test ride.

BULL EVALUATION
Through the assistance of Dr. Keith Immerkar, all bulls are semen tested with a report being provided. Weights and scrotal measurements will be posted on sale day.
TERMS
Payment is to be made via cash, cheque or e-transfer within seven (7) days of auction closure unless other arrangements have been made with the seller. Bulls will sell under standard breed association guarantees.
DELIVERY AND PICKUP
Swan Hills Ranch will provide delivery within a 100 mile radius for any bull purchased. A $100 credit will be ofered for self-pickup from close of sale until April 30th 2025.
INSURANCE
Buyers are responsible for purchasing their own insurance on their purchases. Swan Hills Ranch will not be held liable to accidents or injury.
