Let me introduce you to our 2023 pen of private treaty bulls!

Although 2023 will see Dragon View making some changes the focus will remain on the fundamentals; a cow herd based on maternal strengths through powerful cow families. Through progressive breeding, I aim to have calves that come easy and push down the scales come fall. From my commercial cattle roots to starting into purebreds with my first registered calf in 2006; this industry is one that I have an immense amount of passion for. I believe there is something for everyone in the bull pen this year. These bulls are all structurally sound with highly maternal pedigrees and added performance. They have been raised in the diverse climate of the Cariboo and are ready to work in the same challenging environment!

- Payment: deposit required to hold your selection, the remainder is due at time of pick-up/delivery

- All bulls are sold with the condition that they stay at Dragon View until the completion of a breeding soundness exam

- All bulls are sold guaranteed to the standard breeders association guarantee

- All bulls are registered and will be transferred upon completion of payment

- All bulls are sold with a semen evaluation done by a certified veterinarian

- Dragon View will not be held responsible for any incidents, injury or accidents on animals purchased. Insurance is recommended

- All bulls can remain at Dragon View free of charge until June 1st. After this date, there will be a boarding fee of $%/day

-We will deliver your purchase free of charge to central locations in BC and help to arrange transportation to other locations

- We reserve the right to collect semen for in-herd use on any of the bulls at the seller’s expense and the buyer’s convenience

Excellent calving ease bull out of a first calf heifer. 2K had a nice 76 lb birth weight and weaned in at 765 at the beginning of September. This bull had an infected ear as a calf and it is now slightly deformed but don’t let this deter you from this impressive guy.

This bull is the whole package! Much like his sire, Executive Decision, 3K is thick with a lot of mass and power with a moderate frame. He has that herd bull presence and has been a favourite since day one. His dam is a very productive and maternal little cow. This guy has a great disposition and is halter broke. He was awarded Reserve Grand Champion in the Sires of Tomorrow show at the IPE, Armstrong.

Like lots of the SAV Bloodline calves this guy is built with extra middle and depth without sacrificing any length. His dam is a moderate framed young cow with a picture perfect udder. This bull will add extra weight and body without added frame.

Perfect calving ease bull. 16K is out of our new herd sire Brooking Endeavour. This bull had a rough go at the beginning; his young dam died when he was just a month old and he was orphaned for 2 weeks before being accepted by another cow. Although he is behind his pen mates at this time, I expect him to get much better with age.

20K is a stylish March calf with a pedigree that would work well in a purebred herd. Despite his young age, he has that herd sire presence. This bull has plenty of thickness and power.
