Our Process 1. Consultation The objective in our initial meeting is to discuss the details of your project, identify your wants and needs, define the look and feel of the home you want to build and establish an estimated budget.

2. Concept & Cost Analysis Our design team will design a preliminary floorplan .

Once floorplan is agreed upon, we can create a budgetary estimate. Once that is approved, we collect a retainer to begin working on plans and bids.

We visit the site to map out the project.

3. Contract Once plans have been approved, we will proceed to sign the contract, outlining all of the costs associated with building your home, including allowances and site work that needs to be done.

4. Create & collaborate When final floorplan is approved we set up a design meeting between you and our vendors for selection of your home fixtures and finishes.

If you have a construction loan, we will work with your bank to ensure a smooth closing and funding. Once funded, or initial deposits are made, we will order materials .

5. Construction Our project manager and team work closely with our contractors to ensure a timely and successful process for you. Time for completion varies per project.

6. Completion

Final clean up, walk through and move in.
