Welcome to the Bar-Lynn Stables Annual Fall Production Sale!

Welcome back for our 11th annual production sale at HLS. We have a strong foal crop this year that offers strong conformation, dispositions and pedigrees. We also have a great offering of prospects and saddle horses from our program, as well as added consignments from Langevin’s and Bridgeman’s.

As always, the sale will be will be held at Heartland Livestock Sales in Yorkton, SK. and will begin at 5pm (SK time). After such great support in 2020—we have decided to continue with the ONLINE broadcast and bidding option with DLMS. If you are interested in our horses, but are unable to attend the sale—please take the time to explore DLMS or contact us before the sale. Videos of many of the horses will be available to help with your buying decision. We will do our best to have the horses to the stockyards early to allow you to view them and we hope you will stop by to say hello!

Terms & Conditions

1. All bidders must register before the start of the sale with full name, address, and phone number.

2. All persons attending this sale do so at their own risk.

3. To view and bid online buyers MUST register with DLMS prior to sale date. Please note you must be pre-approved to bid online.

4. Payments to be made day of sale. For horses purchased in person, payment (cash or cheque) will be made to Heartland Livestock Services. For horses purchased online via DLMS, payment (etransfer only) to be made directly to the consignor. Please contact Bar-Lynn Stables prior to the sale if you require other arrangements.

5. All foals sell with an application for registration with their respective breed association. All registered mature horses will sell with registration papers and a signed transfer of ownership.

Buyers are responsible for transfer of ownership fees.

6. Registration and transfer of ownership will be held until payment funds are cleared/received.

7. GST will be charged on all horses.

8. The auctioneer will sell the animal to the highest bidder and will settle disputes which arise as to bidders and buyers. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

9. Announcements from the auction block will take precedence over the printed matter in the catalogue. All known defects made known to the sale management will be announced before each horse is started.

10. Buyers are expected to do due diligence on examining the horse prior to purchasing. Bar-Lynn Stables assumes no responsibility on horses consigned by guests. All information in the catalogue has been provided by the consignor and is their responsibility.

11. Buyers assume responsibility and expense for the horse after the auctioneer deems the horse is sold. No horses will be released until after the conclusion of the sale. Horses must be removed from the sale barn on Friday evening unless other arrangements have been made regarding pick up or transportation.

12. Extra transportation and associated board costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
