Etching gives a dif ferent finish and is more durable over the lifetime of the product but is more limited in print size.

What is the minimum order quantity?
This depends on whether you require laser etching or print. Laser etching starts on as little as 6 pieces with a minimum order value of £500 (ex VAT). Print has to be ordered in outer carton quantities and the minimum order value is £1500 (ex VAT)
Can I see a sample?
For print we always require you to sign off a physical sample before bulk production. For smaller etching projects we will provide a photographic image before production and for larger projects we will ask you to sign off a sample.
How long does it take?
This varies from project to project but once a sample has been signed off it is approximately two weeks.
How much does it cost?
This dependent on the product and volume. Laser etching varies from £1.50 to £4 and custom print starts at £0.70. We will give you a full cost breakdown once we know your requirements.
Can I spread the MOQ across different products?
You are able to do this if you are ordering the same product in a different colour. If you require a different size then the quantity cannot be spread across the products and it would require a new set-up. All etched products must be ordered in inner carton quantities and print products must be in outer carton quantities.
Can you print or etch on both sides?
Yes, this is treated as two single prints and costed accordingly
