by City Ordinance 82-109 to remove snow and ice from sidewalks abutting their property.

All snow and ice must be removed from the full width of the sidewalk within 24 hours after cessation of a snowfall.

Failure to remove or cause to be removed all snow and ice from the sidewalk in front, along the side of, or adjacent to your property will result in a violation notice being mailed accompanied by an inspection fee in the amount of $50.00.

If upon reinspection a violation still exists, a reinspection fee for an additional $50.00 will be charged along with the costs incurred by the Department of Public Works for snow and ice removal.
