The group consisted of 4 members, 2 males and 2 females. Of these, three were being brought up in orphanages.
Success was defined as the ability to follow ones heart, in spite of obstacles. The responses were categorized into three themes.
1.Education- ITI courses were most popular studies undertaken by these respondents.
2.Government documentation- Many respondents reported that they faced a lot of problems due to lack of access to government documentation in terms of ID cards, certificates etc.
3.Alternate careers- In addition to ITI, the researchers found many pursuing services like police, engineering, business entrepreneurs, managers and animation directors.
All respondents sited hardwork, sometimes working 24 hours a day and helpful guidance as keys to their success.
