STATE OF WOMEN IN BAPTIST LIFE

BWIM hired Project Manager, Laura Ellis, in fall 2021 to begin researching the 2021 State of Women in Baptist Life Report. The report will include statistics on women pastors, endorsed chaplains, and seminary students, as it has in the past. Also included will be results and analysis from a survey BWIM conducted on the experiences of women in ministry and congregational environments toward women in ministry. We were so pleased to receive 682 responses to the survey. The report, which will reflect statistics from 2021, will be released at the 2022 BWIM Annual Gathering.
