Understanding Your Statement This guide walks you through your monthly statement for your Home Care Package.

Every month you will receive a copy of your statement, which gives you detailed information on your income and expenditure for your Home Care Package.

Your closing balance is the amount you have in your package at the end of the statement period. A balance of CR (credit) indicates you still have money left to spend and a DR (debit) balance means you have spent more than the income received.
