Our Living Beyond Abuse program empowers women to: • Meet others in similar situations and gain support • Understand the cycle of violence • Explore the different types of abuse • Understand the impact abuse has had on themselves and their children • Rebuild their future and work towards positive relationships choices • Increase self-esteem and reduce selfblame.

There are many different types of violence including: • physical abuse • verbal abuse • sexual abuse • emotional abuse • financial abuse • social abuse, including image-based abuse, harassment and stalking • spiritual abuse.

Living Beyond Abuse is a 9 week support group for women who have experienced domestic or family violence.
