Baulkham Hills Sports Club Easter Raffle 2023 – Terms and Conditions
1. Any current member over the age of eighteen in the venue can take part in the promotion. Current staff and contracted staff of Bankstown Sports or its associated venues are not permitted to enter the promotion.
2. Raffle tickets prices are:
a. $1 for 10 numbers.
3. Tickets can be pre-purchased from Monday 13 March 2023 online at Baulkhamhillssports.com/easter. Online tickets will close at 5pm on Friday 24 March 2023.
4. Easter Raffle to be held on Sunday 26 March 2023. Tickets go on sale in person at 2pm and draws commence at 3pm at Baulkham Hills Sports Club
5. Tickets/numbers cannot be reserved. Member must be present at time of claiming the prize.
6. No tickets will be sold once the raffle has closed and the draw has commenced.
7. The prize pool will consist of up to $2,653.50 worth of prizes ranging between $19.95$299.95 in price value.
8. Prizes will be distributed according to patron selection when drawn.
9. Prize winner to select from all remaining prizes at time of their number being drawn.
10. Each prize will be drawn by an OLGR approved random number generator and will be announced by the promotional MC (Little Wings) by way of microphone and/or a TV screen.
11. One winning number is entitled to one prize.
12. Winners must claim their prize within 4 minutes of the draw, and after 4 announcements, a re-draw will take place.
13. Any disputes will be resolved using the discretion of the Operational Support Manager.
