Water is always the best choice when it comes to drinks at it is clean, refreshing and calorie-free! Water is one of the best substances you need for your body if you are planning to lose weight in a natural and healthy way. Even when it contributes 55%-78% to human body weight, you’ll be surprised with its weight loss powers. We use water almost everytime we cook. Without water, we cannot make soup, gravy, soften the pasta, cook rice, even to make just a cup of Milo!
