MEET KARL BAK

In this issue of the Windmill, we sit down with B&B Tractors Sany Sales specialist Karl Bak and talk about his thoughts on the company and the brand.

Tell me a bit about yourself?

I’ve been in commercial equipment sales for a number of years now, starting off in the automotive industry working for Audi and BMW.

I moved into industrial/ construction equiptment about four years ago, where I was quoting against Sany when pricing for other construction brands. Having previous experience with the brand gave me full confidence to specialise in the Sany brand.

How long have you been working for B&B Tractors ?

I started working for B&B Tractors as a Sany Sales Representative just over a year ago now.

What’s it like working for B&B Tractors?

I’m loving the job here at B&B Tractors as there’s such a wide variety of equipment. No two days are the same and there’s always new customers eager to purchase one of our fantasic Sany excavators. With a yard full of new and used stock, we never have any issues providing what the customers require.

What are your thoughts on the Sany Brand?

Having had previous experience working alongside the Sany brand I couldn’t pick fault with the machinery. I had already noticed the quality and potential the brand, hence why i decided to pursue a more specific role representing the brand with B&B Tractors.

The warranty and pricing of the machinery make it such an attractive proposition to the customers. There are many positive things to talk about when selling the products ranging from the quality to components.

What do you think is the biggest selling point for the Sany brand?

The five year warranty that comes as standard with all the machinery is definitely the best selling point. For a brand to be able to offer such promises for such a long period of time really proves that they are confident in their machinery’s ability to perform during every aspect of it’s working life.

What is your favorite SANY machine and why?

My favorite Sany excavator has to be the SY155U. The design of the machine is perfect for a number of jobs and i cannot pick fault with it.
