We are pleased to officially kick off 2021 season ticket renewals with a new digital booklet format. Be sure to review each page for important information related to your renewal invoice, benefits and status as a Ravens PSL Owner.

Last year brought us challenges never seen before. While we were all happy to move past 2020, there are many silver linings and highlights that we hope brought pride to Ravens fans: 12 total victories, a five-game winning streak to close the regular season, a third-straight trip to the playoffs (the ninth in head coach John Harbaugh’s 13-year tenure) and a Wild Card win at Tennessee provided much-needed excitement during a unique year in which the pandemic impacted everyone.

The Divisional Playoff at Buffalo was a heartbreaker, but our future is bright – and it starts with electric QB Lamar Jackson and a record-setting rushing attack. A strong foundation of current and former Pro Bowlers – including an NFL-high (tied) seven in 2020 – is highlighted by bookend OTs Ronnie Stanley and Orlando Brown Jr., in addition to TE Mark Andrews and FB Patrick Ricard. RB J.K. Dobbins will build on his breakout rookie campaign, galvanizing a strong backfield with RB Gus Edwards, while WR Marquise Brown continues to emerge as a playmaker in a passing game that is on the rise.

Our defensive backfield is one of the NFL’s best, with the tandem of CBs Marlon Humphrey and Marcus Peters joining SS Chuck Clark and FS DeShon Elliott. NT Brandon Williams, DT Calais Campbell and rookie LB Patrick Queen anchor a stingy front seven for the Ravens’ standout unit.

General manager Eric DeCosta drafted a deep 2020 rookie class that produced starters in the dynamic Dobbins, speedy Queen and versatile OL Tyre Phillips. The crop of young talent doesn’t stop there, as DT Justin Madubuike, LB Malik Harrison and DT Broderick Washington all saw significant time on defense, while WRs Devin Duvernay and James Proche were impressive returners who also chipped in on offense.

There certainly is a lot to be excited about for the upcoming season and beyond.

Now that 2021 is here, we are encouraged to see vaccine developments provide some light at the end of the long pandemic tunnel. With that in mind, we are preparing to host fans again at M&T Bank Stadium this fall. In the meantime, we remain in awe of the heroics displayed by healthcare workers and first responders, whose incredible work and service continue to keep our communities safe.

As promised prior to last season, ticket prices will not increase, and any account credits from 2020 have been carried over, making many accounts already paid in full for 2021.

The payment schedule will remain the same, but please note the following important details: •

March 15 (50%) and May 15 (final) will be the payment deadlines.

•

Three- and four-month payment plan charges will be made on the 15th of each applicable month.

•

Opt-in for playoff tickets now with no money down and save if the Ravens host a Wild Card game.

•

As we were in 2020, we will remain flexible and open to adjusting the renewal process if warranted.

As always, all PSL Owners are eligible to be selected for one of 2,000 PSL Owner Rewards prizes. (See page 5 of this guide and discover how to increase your chances of being selected when paying your entire season ticket account balance in full by March 15.)

Next season brings an exciting schedule, including visits to Baltimore by five playoff teams: Packers, Chiefs, Steelers, Browns and Colts. We’ll also see several emerging young stars when the Bengals, Vikings and Chargers come to M&T Bank Stadium.

We appreciate your continued patience, passion and loyalty. We felt your incredible support in 2020, even when it was from a distance. It is our sincere hope that the New Year has been happy and healthy for you and your loved ones.

2021 Season Ticket Sample Invoice How can I access my season ticket invoice?

Access your season ticket invoice by signing into “Account Manager” at the top right corner of baltimoreravens.com.

The email address and password for your account are required. After logging into your account, select your 2021 season ticket invoice and click continue. Once signed in you can make a payment towards your tickets or sign up for a payment plan (see page 4 for more info on payment plans). You are also able to reserve playoff tickets for your seats with no money down. See page 6 for more info regarding the playoff payment options.

2021 SEASON TICKET PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS Sign Up and No More Renewal Invoices To simplify making renewal payments, we encourage PSL Owners to take advantage of a monthly payment plan option.

To sign up for a payment plan, login into your online Ravens Account Manager and select the plan of your choice.

2021-2022 PLAYOFF PAYMENT PLAN: SAVE $15 - $35 PER TICKET COMMIT TO PLAYOFF TICKETS NOW WITH NO MONEY DOWN

The Ravens and the National Football League are offering PSL Owners an early opportunity to commit to playoff tickets prior to the start of the regular season. Commit in advance and lock in regular season pricing (10-game average) with no money down if the Ravens host a Wild Card Playoff Game at M&T Bank Stadium. This benefit is exclusive to PSL Owners and is only good until September 9, 2021 when the Wild Card price will increase to the higher price indicated in the chart below.

The “Pay As We Play” payment plan allows you to secure your playoff tickets with no money down and only pay for the games that we host at M&T Bank Stadium.

TWO WAYS TO RESERVE YOUR PLAYOFF TICKETS AND SAVE

Login to your Ravens Online Account by selecting “Account Manager” in the top right hand corner of www.BaltimoreRavens.com.

Your email address and password are required. After logging into your account: Select your 2021 Season Ticket invoice and click continue. Answer the playoff question at step 2 that says “Would you like to enroll in the “Pay As We Play” playoff plan? By selecting YES, the same credit card would be used for the “Pay As We Play” payment option.

Then complete your 2021 Season Ticket payment by selecting a payment plan, making a partial payment or paying in full. Each step must be completed to enroll.

Select your Playoff Ticket invoice and click continue. From the drop down, select the “Pay As We Play” payment option, then enter your credit card information and click confirm. No payment is necessary and you will only be charged if we host a home playoff game.
