It is not every day you get to host the event of your dreams, an event that is so special to you and for the others around you. An event of which months of hard work is finished in a span of a few hours on one single day. Events that make you proud. Here at Balloon and Event Construction Company, we strive to make this dream event happen. So we ' ve created this catalog to help you figure out what YOU need for your event.

Delivery & Strike Options

Delivery/Drop Off:

Delivery is determined by location as well as the amount of decor we are transporting. Delivery cost starts at $25.00. Pick up from our studio may be an option.

Delivery/ Setup:

Our staff will deliver the balloons to your location, as well as set up the balloons, place them on the tables to make sure your stage decor is perfect. The pricing for this usually starts at $40.00 and is affected by set-up location/zip code and time of day.

Strike/Take Down:

After your event is complete our staff will gladly come to your location, for an additional fee, we will take down take down your decor. (Prices vary by location & time of takedown, late night takedowns may require an additional cost. To eliminate the strike fee you can strike the balloon structure yourself and return the equipment (hardware, heavy plates, poles, etc.) to our yellow two-story studio at: 25 Aderhold Avenue Jacksonville, FL 32215

The equipment can be returned within 24 hours after your event. If there is no answer at the door, please leave everything in front of the garage.
