Naval hospital ‘rodeo’ tomorrow ... Naval Hospital Pensacola’s annual School/Sports/Camp Physical Rodeo will kick off tomorrow, June 23, from

8 a.m. to noon. The rodeo allows parents enrolled to the Family Medicine Clinic to bring their children to the hospital on specific Saturdays throughout the summer to complete a physical. The physical exams are for children 4 and older, including children new to the area. Appointments are encouraged; however, walk-ins will be accepted from 8 to 11 a.m. Remember to bring any required paperwork to the rodeo. Only school/sports physicals will be addressed at the rodeo. Pensacola-area WWII veterans receive Legion of Honor from French consulate

Two World War II Army Air Forces veterans received France’s highest recognition for military or civil merits during a ceremony June 13 at the National Naval Aviation Museum onboard Naval Air Station Pensacola (NASP).

Edwin Stewart and Edward Kaminski were presented the Ordre national de la Légion d’Honneur – or National Order of the Legion of Honour – by Clement Leclerc, the Consulate General of France in Miami, during the hour-long ceremony.

“They (Stewart and Kaminski) were here in the darkest of times to support freedom when it was under attack in France and in Europe and we will never forget their sacrifice and selflessness,” Leclerc said. “Time has passed but this is very important also to pass on the

memory of their heroic deeds to the next generation. I was very pleased to see so many young people in the audience because they will be the messengers and they will convey the message of the heroism of that generation and of the values that they stood for during the hardest of circumstances.”

More than 250 Air Force and Navy personnel attended the ceremony, the majority of whom were students.

Created by Napoleon Bonaparte in 1802, the Legion of Honour recognizes either 20 years of civil achievement in peacetime or extraordinary military bravery and service in times of war. Americans who have received this distinction include Thomas A. Edison, Alexander Graham Bell and recently Spencer Stone, Alek Skarlatos and Anthony Sadler,

New women’s clinic coming to naval hospital

Beginning in July, Naval Hospital Pensacola (NHP) will have a clinic dedicated to women’s health.

The clinic, which will be called the Comprehensive Women’s Health Center, will replace the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic.

NHP will transition to an ambulatory care model with robust same-day ambulatory surgical capabilities and a

focus on outpatient care July 1. As part of that transition, obstetric services will no longer be provided at NHP after July, but the new Comprehensive Women’s Health Center will provide gynecology and other women’s health care services.

“The Comprehensive Women’s Health Center will be an all-inclusive clinic for women,” Lt. Tasha Gallegos, fu-

ture division officer for the Comprehensive Women’s Health Center said.

“We will focus on the health care needs of women for all ages.”

Services the Comprehensive Women’s Health Center will provide in the clinic include pregnancy testing, evaluation and treatment of menstrual bleeding disorders, menopause management, sexual health counseling, contraceptive care

(including insertion of intrauterine devices and other birth control), pelvic pain, evaluation and treatment for urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse and infertility treatment (not including in vitro fertilization services). A “walk-in” contraceptive clinic will provide sameday counseling and treatment. The doctors will also provide outpatient surgeries for some hysterectomies, laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures as well as See Clinic on page 2

Blue Angels help renovate local school

The team members helped with cleaning and pressure washing the school’s cafeteria, bathrooms, classrooms and parking lots, as well as painting murals throughout the school.

AE2 Andrew Bennett said he feels a sense of purpose when it comes to being involved with

community outreach opportunities in Pensacola.

“The Blue Angels aren’t just here to perform air shows, we’re here for the community,” the Honesdale, Penn. native said. “Giving back to those who’ve given us so much appreciation and support just feels like it’s the least we could do.”

Fleet rating experts critical to advancement exams Story by Ed Barker Naval Education and Training Professional Development Center (NETPDC) Public Affairs

Navy chiefs (E-7 to E-9) interested in shaping the future of their ratings are needed to serve as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for upcoming Advancement Examination Readiness Reviews (AERRs).

Released recently, Naval Administrative Message (NAVADMIN) 134/18 announced the AERR schedule for July to September 2018. Based on this schedule, AERR panel members work as fleet SMEs for their respective ratings to develop E-4 to E-7 advancement exams for future cycles. Navy chiefs (E-7 to E-9) on active duty, Full Time Support (FTS), and reservists on Active Duty for Special Work (ADSW) are encouraged to take part in the process by reaching out to their respective Type Commander (TYCOMs) for application information. Each TYCOM has their own application

procedure.

“The knowledge that our fleet experts bring to the reviews is irreplaceable, as that’s what enables the relevance of the exams and identifies Sailors with the right skills to select for advancement,” Naval Education and Training Professional Development Center (NETPDC) Command Master Chief, ETNCM(SS) James Berhalter said. “AERRs give chiefs a tangible, direct input toward shaping their community – participants have a say in what their reliefs need to know. AERR participation is also a significant experience and resume builder that will benefit every chief throughout the Navy.”

AERRs vary in length between one-to-two weeks and exam readiness reviews are held throughout the year, with each specific rating being reviewed on an annual basis. The

reviews are held at NETPDC at Saufley Field. AERR Participants receive temporary duty (TDY) orders from their parent command, paid for by NETPDC. Travel is processed through parent command travel section and the Defense Travel System.

AOC(AW/SW) Donnie Dowell, Air/ Ship Integration Manager for Commander, Naval Air Force, U.S. Atlantic Fleet, recently participated in his third Aviation Ordnance AERR. “Hearing chiefs complain about the advancement exam process is frustrating,” Dowell said. “I tell them that if they want to make a difference in creating a better Sailor, they should volunteer to serve as an AERR SME and see how the process is done. “Every time I return to the Advancement Center for another AERR, I learn something new; how we can improve the exam process

and ultimately, create more capable Sailors.”

To view the annual AERR schedule, locate a specific rating recruitment and selection point of contact or view AERR eligibility requirements, log into My Navy Portal www. mnp.navy.mil and search under Professional Resources/Navy Advancement Center/AERR. TYCOM POCs are listed, and once selected, chiefs will receive an introductory e-mail from the Navy Advancement Center. It is suggested that SME selectees make early contact, asking any questions they have concerning the AERR process. NAVADMIN 134/18 also provides additional information and a listing of upcoming rating conferences scheduled for the next six months.

Normally, four-to-eight nominees will be selected for each AERR conference. TYCOM selections of Fleet SME nominations for the AERRs will be made 45 days prior to each review. SMEs should contact

Leclerc, after a reading of Stewart and Kaminski’s biographies by Consulate General of France in Miami Press Attache Nathalie Cluzet-Bertot, officially inducted the World War II veterans into the Legion of Honor, affixing the Legion’s badge – a five armed silver cross with laurel and oak wreath – to Stewart and then Kaminski’s lapels.

Also attending the ceremony were Naval Air Station Pensacola Commanding Officer (CO) Capt. Christopher T. Martin and 479th Training Group CO Col. Charles A. McElavaine, who served as the event’s guest speaker.

“We’re very focused on our lineage and heritage as an Air Force, and our organization here on NAS Pensacola draws our heritage from bomber and fighter groups that flew and fought during World War II,” McElavaine said. “So to get to share the stage with these two American Airmen from World War II who did heroic things in liberating France and ensuring we were victorious during that war is special to me.”

A native of De Quincy, La., Stewart was born in 1925 and joined the U.S Army in 1943. He served as a tail and waist gunner in the 862nd Bomb Squadron, 493rd Bomber Group, where he flew in the Battle of Normandy and the Rhineland Battle. Stewart flew 13 missions in the B-24 Bomber and 23 missions in the B-17 Bomber and was honorably discharged as a Staff Sergeant in May of 1952, decorated with the European African Middle Eastern Campaign Medal and the Air Medal (five oak leaf clusters).

Kaminski is a native of Clinton, Mass., and joined the U.S. Army in November 1942. He completed Army flight school as a pilot and maintenance officer in September 1943, and in 1944 flew in the Battle of Normandy as well as bombing campaigns on D-Day, specifically the city of Caen. In April 1942, then-Capt. Kaminski’s plane was shot down over the North Sea, with several crew members aboard lost. Kaminski continued flying, and, during another mission, was involved in a plane crash which killed the other pilot.

Kaminski served until January 1953, when he was honorably discharged, decorated with the Air Medal (three oak leaf clusters), the Distinguished Flying Cross, the American Campaign Medal, the European African Middle Eastern Medal and the Purple Heart.

The 479th Training Group, located onboard Naval Air Station Pensacola is the only training pipeline for U.S. Air Force Combat Systems Officers.

Elizabeth Adriano, executive officer and practicing gynecologist, NHP said. “In the event a woman needs a service that we cannot perform here, we will ensure they get a referral to another provider to get the appropriate care needed.”

The clinic will also assist patients who need a referral including pregnancies. Patients assigned to NHP will be referred to another facility for pregnancy care after July 1, but the Comprehensive Women’s Health Center will continue to provide assistance to expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy.

The clinic will ensure referrals are managed appropriately and will check on patients throughout their pregnancy. The clinic will also offer a “fourth trimester” class to help prepare mothers and fathers for the experi-

Established in 1921 as the Air Station News, the name Gosport was adopted in 1936. A gosport was a voice tube used by flight instructors in the early days of naval aviation to give instructions and directions to their students. The name “Gosport” was derived from Gosport, England (originally God’s Port), where the voice tube was invented.

“Transitions and change can be difficult, but we will always ensure our patients receive the best and safest care possible,” Adriano said. “We are excited about this new opportunity to serve our patients in a special clinic just for women.”

“For me, it’s actually therapeutic,” PR2 Nicole Oviedo, of Los Angeles, Calif. said “I like volunteering and knowing that I’m out here meeting people and helping them out in whatever way I can.”

Rule number one: Follow the rules

ears ago, I wanted to be Supermom, and for the most part, I was. I cooked, I cleaned, I nurtured, I maintained complete control. Nothing could faze me.

That worked for a while, and then, strangely, my children started to think for themselves.

No amount of time outs, gold stars, or “wait-till-your-fathergets-homes” would convince my kids to obey me every time.

My breaking point came during a family camping trip in 2003 at Cheatham Annex Naval Base in Virginia. Ever the idealist, I envisioned fun family game night in the cabin, meaningful talks under dappled sunlight, delicious barbecues, and gooey fireside s’mores.

It rained for four days solid.

Thankfully, our cabin was equipped with electricity, and the sedative affect of the television was the only thing that kept us from going mad. On the fifth day, the clouds parted and I was determined to salvage the

experience with a perfect family barbecue.

We cooked hotdogs over a few sad charcoal briquettes, while the kids ran amok around the muddy perimeter of our camp. I set the algae-stained picnic table with paper plates and channeled June Cleaver, “C’mon kiddoes! Time for dindin!”

When no one showed, I started to count, “One, two….”

Only Lilly, our toddler, appeared, splattered with mud to her knees, so I stormed off to physically escort her older siblings, Anna and Hayden, to their seats.

“I don’t wanna eat it,” Anna said, staring down at her cold mac-n-cheese and singed hot dog.

“No shoe,” Lilly mumbled,

I was sure s’mores would be a hit. We had to press the marshmallows against the metal grill to find any heat from the smoldering briquettes. In

the end, the s’mores were stiff, and tainted with hot dog residue, but he kids were too busy fighting over Hershey bars to notice.

Finally, we gave up. The cabin’s “electronic nanny” (television) lulled the kids into a catatonic state, and Francis and I collapsed onto the couch.

Frustrated, my mind raced.

Just then, a light blinked on in my head. I leaped off the couch to find the art supplies I had packed for happy family crafts that never took place and scribbled like a mad scientist writing an ingenious formula.

An hour later, my masterpiece was complete: The Molinari Family Rules were born.

At home a few days later, I was determined to set a new and improved standard for our family.

“Ahem,” I proclaimed while pushing in Lilly’s booster seat.

“I hereby call to order the first official Molinari Family Meeting. Please take a moment to write your name at the top of this four page agenda.”

I unveiled The Rules in dramatic fashion and asked everyone to read them aloud and discuss at length. After 15 minutes, the kids slouched in

their seats. After half an hour, their heads drooped onto the table. By the 45-minute mark, even Francis was nodding off, so I ended on a positive note – something about how much I loved them – and hoped my message had sunk in.

Several such meetings took place in the years after that illfated camping trip. Every time I felt things spinning out of control, I called another meeting. I always asked everyone to recite The Rules together. After each meeting, I felt rejuvenated, armed and in control again.

Now that I think about it, no one’s behavior really changed all that much after our family meetings. Perhaps the meetings were only for my benefit. Was everyone in the family simply sacrificing a couple hours of their time so Mom could regain her sanity?

Embarrassed by this realization, I once contemplated removing The Rules from our wall and making my pointless meetings a thing of the past.

But then it dawned on me – my family had unselfishly put up with my family meetings just for me, which meant that they had mastered Rule No.1: Be kind.

PCS: Win the game with good planning From Naval Supply Systems Command Office of Corporate Communications

ailors moving this summer should start preparing now, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Household Goods (HHG) Director John E. Hilaman said. “A good move doesn’t just happen,” he said, “it takes planning.”

Hilaman recommends Sailors prepare for a smooth move by keeping these 10 tips in mind: 1. START EARLY – HHG peak season runs from the beginning of May through August. Start early by going online at https://www.navsup.navy. mil/household to review your entitlements and responsibilities. To begin your move process, go to www.move.mil.

2. PLAN ALTERNATE MOVE DATES, JUST IN CASE – When scheduling pickup or delivery, select alternate dates in addition to your preferred dates. During busy times, it could be difficult to get the first date you request.

By establishing alternate dates that work for you, inconvenient pickups and deliveries can be avoided.

3.

TELL UTILITIES, LANDLORDS – Be sure you have a confirmed date for your pack out and pickup before you inform your landlords or turn off your utilities.

4. MINIMIZE CHANGES – After the pickup date has been confirmed, only request changes in an emergency. Date changes can lead to delays, additional cost to the member or the need to convert the shipment to a Personally Procured Move (PPM).

5. BE REACHABLE – Moves go smoother when you are easy to contact. Provide your personal phone numbers, cell phone numbers and personal e-mail to the personal property offices at origin and destination. Include in-transit contact information, as well.

6. TIME MOVES AHEAD OF VACATE DATE – Do not schedule a pickup for the day you are to close on the sale or purchase of a home or on the day you must vacate a rental. Allow time for unforeseen problems and last-minute changes.

7. SORT – Start sorting

through household goods now and set aside items you have decided to put up for sale or donation. Service members must keep all shipments within their weight allowance or pay to ship the excess weight. 8. GET READY FOR PREMOVE SURVEY – Once the service member initiates the move online, the shipment con-

NRL increases UAV endurance Story, photo

By Raeanna Morgan U.S. NRL Public Affairs WASHINGTON (NNS) – Researchers at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) are developing technology for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) that has given them the ability to fly for more than 12 hours by harvesting energy from the atmosphere and the sun.

Solar-Soaring is a pair of endurance-enhancing technologies. They aid the warfighter by enabling a UAV to fly longer without carrying extra weight in batteries.

“One of the common complaints that we hear across industry and the warfighters is that they want aircraft to fly longer,” Dr. Dan Edwards, senior aerospace engineer in NRL’s Tactical Electronic Warfare Division, said. “One great way to do this is to capture atmospheric wind energy or solar energy to extend the endurance.”

Since 2005, Edwards has been exploring how to teach an autopilot how to soar using thermals in the atmosphere, much like how a bird flies. Using special sensing and guidance algorithms, the UAV flies a waypoint route until it senses a thermal updraft, then commands the aircraft to circle in the rising air.

“Sunlight heats up the surface of the Earth, which in turn heats the lowest layer of air,” Edwards said. “That warm air eventually bubbles up as a rising air mass, called a thermal, which the airplane can use to gain altitude. It’s indirectly solarpowered.”

Solar power is also used directly to power the UAV using solar cells, which are semiconductor devices that convert light into electricity. While these devices have been around for some time, it was only recently that photovoltaic technology advanced to the point where a UAV could be solar-pow-

For an aircraft, every gram of weight has to be justified. Essentially, it has to pull its own weight. Until recently, solar cells were not worth the added weight.

“For a long time, even though there has been solar aircraft since the 1990s, the efficiency of the solar cells wasn’t high enough to pay the mass penalty, meaning you weren’t getting enough energy to justify the additional mass,” Phil Jenkins, head of the photovoltaics section in NRL’s Electronics Science and Technology Division, said. “But over the last 10 years, that has really changed. The cells have gotten more efficient and lighter.”

The aircraft still carries a battery. However, the battery can be smaller because of the solar and soaring capabilities on board.

“With Solar-Soaring, the UAV doesn’t need a huge battery because it is getting energy from the environment,” Edwards said.

“It just carries more intelligent software in the case of the autonomous soaring algorithms, or a lightweight, integrated solar array that captures much more energy from the sun compared to the amount of mass.”

Bringing these two technologies together, NRL found the combination works better than either individually. While soaring, the motor is turned off and the solar array can recharge the on-board battery faster.

This increases the mission availability of a UAV for warfighters.

“Between the two, you have the most robust energy-harvesting platform, because sometimes you’ll be able to soar and sometimes you won’t have the solar, and vice versa,” Jenkins said.

The NRL-developed technologies are applicable to platforms that are already in use by the military, such as the Raven, a small hand-launched remote-controlled UAV or the Predator, a larger UAV. “In the case of Solar-Soaring, we’re demonstrating the techniques to fly aircraft with a higher endurance,” Edwards said.

“These techniques are portable to a lot of the programs of record, like the small-size Raven or potentially the larger Predator, so it’s a pretty broad application space.”

Having a UAV with extended endurance capabilities is important for military

information, surveillance and reconnaissance missions, or a communications relay.

The technology also has important uses for civilian applications, including monitoring and inspection of railways and oil pipelines, surveying crops and search and rescue.

“The technology could be very useful for coastal monitoring or pollution monitoring, for example,” Jenkins said. “In these cases, you just want eyes up there for hours and hours, and Solar-Soaring makes that possible.”

Both Edwards and Jenkins identified a hurdle they would eventually have to overcome with Solar Soaring – the ability to fly through the night.

“We still can’t fly through the night because the batteries are just too heavy, but we currently get dawn to dusk-enhanced endurance,” Jenkins said.

For Edwards, the next step in solving this problem is swapping out the battery for a hydrogen fuel cell.

“Fuel cells have much more energy per unit mass than a battery,” Edwards said.

“So we’re marrying the fuel cells, which are great for getting through the night, and the Solar-Soaring, which is great in the daytime for getting energy directly from the sun and wind.”

Although the Solar-Soaring technology was a success, it did not come without its challenges.

“There’s always an interesting jump from pure math, pure theory, to the application space,” Edwards said. “Some algorithms look great in simulation, but just doesn’t give the desired results in the real world with noisy data. Real thermals are so much more complex than in simulations, so we have had to fly a lot to find out what is robust in the real world.”

Jackson assumes the reins of VT-2

.S. Navy Cmdr. Zachariah Aperauch turned over command of Training Squadron Two (VT-2) to U.S. Coast Guard Cmdr. Mark Jackson, during a change of command ceremony June 15 at the Naval Air Station Whiting Field (NASWF) North Field hangar.

U.S. Marine Corps Colonel David Morris served as the guest speaker for the time-honored tradition that allows for the assembled crew, staff, friends and guests to welcome in the new commander, while also recognizing the achievements of the outgoing leader.

Aperauch’s inspirational leadership led VT-2 to fly more than 52,500 flight hours in the completion of more than 23,350 sorties. This dedication to training enabled the squadron to see 619 student aviators successfully complete the Primary Flight Training syllabus during his command tour. His com-

mitment to professionalism and instruction were also evidenced in the unit’s selection for the 2017 Commander Theodore G. Ellyson Aviator Production Excellence Award, and the 2017 Chief of Naval Operations Aviation Safety Award.

Commanding VT-2 was the latest stop for Aperauch on an 18-year military aviation career that began after graduating from Old Dominion University and earning his commission from Officer Candidate School in May, 2000. Jackson took command of VT-2 and will draw upon his 22 years of Coast Guard service and experience to fill the shoes of his predecessor.

His career began after graduating from the Coast Guard Academy in 1996 where he spent two years aboard the U.S. Coast Guard heavy icebreaker Polar Sea (WAGB 11). He then reported to flight school and completed his primary flight training with VT-2.

He “winged” in November of 1999 as a helicopter pilot from Helicopter Training Squadron 18 before being stationed in Miami, Fla., where he flew the HH-65 Dolphin helicopter.

Since then, he has served tours at Coast Guard Stations in Elizabeth City, N.C. and Jacksonville, Fla. He has deployed to Central and South America, as well as Southeast Asia. Jackson also completed advanced education at Old Dominion University, earning a master’s degree in Engineering Management.

Navy Cmdr. Wesley Barnes, will replace Jackson as executive officer for the squadron.

Operation Dry Water’s heightened awareness and enforcement three-day weekend (June 29 to July 1) takes place annually around July fourth, a holiday unfortunately known for drinking and boating, and deadly accidents.

ODW is coordinated by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA), in partnership with the U.S. Coast Guard as well as local, state and federal law enforcement agencies.

Agencies from all 56 U.S. states, trusts and territories are expected to participate in Operation Dry Water and in the Operation Dry Water 2018 heightened awareness and enforcement weekend.

Launched in 2009 by NASBLA in partnership with the United States Coast Guard, ODW has been a highly successful campaign, drawing public attention to the dangers of boating under the influence (BUI) of alcohol and drugs.

Since the inception of the Operation Dry Water Campaign in 2009, law enforcement officers have removed 3,038 BUI operators from the nation’s waterways and made contact with more than 1.1 million boaters during the annual three-day weekend. The campaign contin-

ues to make a significant impact on boater safety and spreading the message of the danger of boating under the influence.

Alcohol use is the leading known contributing factor in fatal boating accidents; where the primary cause was known, it was listed as the leading factor in 19 percent of deaths according to U.S. Coast Guard Recreational Boating Statistics 2017.

About BUI: U.S. Coast Guard 2017 data reveal that alcohol use remains the primary known contribut-

ing factor recreational boater deaths.

Operating a boat with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .08 or higher is against federal law and most state laws.

Alcohol can impair a boater’s judgment, balance, vision, and reaction time. It can also increase fatigue and susceptibility to the effects of cold-water immersion.

Sun, wind, noise, vibration and motion – “stressors” common to the boating environment – intensify the side effects of alcohol, drugs and some medications.

Impairment can be even more dangerous for boaters than for drivers, since most boaters have less experience and confidence operating a boat than they do driving a car.

Persons found to be boating under the influence can expect to incur severe penalties. If a boat operator is BUI, the voyage may be terminated, the boat may be impounded and the operator may be arrested. Penalties vary by state but can include fines, jail, loss of boating privileges, even loss of driving privileges.

A three-year field evaluation by the Southern California Research Institute completed in 2011 validated a battery of tests

for marine use that are now the basis for efforts to implement a National Marine Field Sobriety Test standard.

Combined with chemical tests using blood, breath and urine samples, these validated ashore and afloat tests give marine law enforcement officers an impressive arsenal in their ongoing efforts to enforce BUI laws.

Alcohol is also dangerous for passengers. Intoxication can lead to slips, falls overboard and other dangerous accidents.

It is illegal in every state and territory to operate a boat while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. BUI laws pertain to all vessels, from canoes and rowboats to the largest ships.

Other boating safety facts: Always wear a life jacket – 84.5 percent of people who drowned in a recreational boating accident were not wearing a life jacket.

Boat operator instruction is a significant factor in avoiding and surviving accidents.

In accidents where the operator’s instruction was known, 81 percent of deaths occurred on boats where the operator had not received any boating safety instruction.

In 2017, there were 11,961,568 recreational vessels registered in the United States.

Local honor student Jacquelyne Therrien nominated for the congress of Future Science and Technology Leaders From staff reports

acquelyne Therrien, a 10th grade student at East Hill Christian School of Pensacola is a delegate of the congress of Future Science and Technology Leaders (SciTechLeaders) in Lowell, Mass. June 29 to July 1.

The congress is an honorsonly program for high school students who are passionate about science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM). The purpose of this event is to honor, inspire, motivate and direct the top students in the country who aspire to be scientists and technologists, to stay true to their dream and, after the event, to provide a path, plan

and resources to help them reach their goal.

Therrien was nominated by Dr. John C. Mather, winner of the Nobel Prize in Physics and Science, Director of the National Academy of Future Scientists and Technologists to represent her school, based on her academic achievement, leadership potential and passion for science and technology.
