As the chief executive was on a business trip in India last week a word from the chairman for now.
After the friendly games before the season, it was nice to go to the bread and butter the week before with a satisfactory result and secure the three very important points in the first game of the season.
A difficult journey faced the lads last weekend at Cyncoed Campus, in a tight game, a important point was secured in a scoreless draw.
I would like to extend a welcome to Connah’s Quay tonight, their officials, management team, players and supporters.
Thank you to everyone who was responsible for the Kieran Smith testimonial game being a memorable one and that members of the club who attended enjoyed the occasion and the day, again, thank you everyone.
Finally, with pride for us as well, Arwel Griffiths received the honour of being our new president. A very warm welcome Awi.
There is another hard season ahead of us and I hope that everyone will play their part for this to be another successful season. Thank you, Arwel.
Gan fod y Prif Weithredwr ar daith fusnes yn India yr wythnos diwethaf, gair gan y Cadeirydd am y tro.
Wedi’r gemau cyfeillgar cyn-dymor roedd hi’n braf mynd I’r bara menyn yr wythnos o’r blaen gyda canlyniad boddhaol, a sicrhau y tri phwynt hynod bwysig gêm gyntaf y tymor.
Roedd taith anodd yn gwynebu’r hogiau y penwythnos diwethaf ar gampus Cyncoed, mewn gêm dynn sicrhawyd pwynt pwysig.
Hoffwn estyn croeso I Gei Connah atom i Faes Tegid heno, eu swyddogion, tîm rheoli, chwaraewyr a chefnogwyr.
Diolch i bawb fuodd yn gyfrifol fod gêm dysdeb Kieran Smith wedi bod yn gofiadwy, a bod aelodau o’r Clwb wedi mwynhau’r achlysur a’r diwrnod. Eto, diolch pawb!
Yn olaf gyda balchder i ni, y derbynniodd Arwel Griffiths yr anrhydedd o fod yn llywydd newydd. Croeso atom ‘Awi’.
Mae tymor called arall o’n blaenau a gobeithio y cymerith pawb ei rhan i hwn fod yn dymor llwyddiannus arall. Diolch, Arwel.
