ANNUAL LUNCHEON

The Chamber hosted its 2020 Annual Board Installation and Awards Luncheon on Jan. 15 at Seven Oaks Country Club. This year, in honor of our 100th year anniversary, the Chamber received a Joint Legislative Resolution from Senators Grove & Hurtado and Assemblymen Fong & Salas. The President of the United States, Donald J. Trump also commended the Chamber for our efforts and accomplishments in serving others over the past 100 years. At the event, the Chamber installed the 2020 Board of Directors, including Derek Jeffery, of KGET-TV 17, as the Chairman of the Board. We would like to thank our 2019 Chairwoman of the Board, Darlene Mohlke, of Castle & Cooke, for her service and support. The volunteers and community partners who helped make the Chamber’s signature events and programs successful were also honored. Concepcion Willingham, of KGET-TV 17, was named as Volunteer of the Year and Kern Community Foundation received the Community Partner of the Year Award. Castle & Cooke and Jim Burke Ford Lincoln were honored with the Chamber Champion Awards.
